PLACE YOUR ORDER

Log in to your customer portal or contact customer service to ship your order
and obtain a tracking number that will be immediately visible to our
dispatchers.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Our dispatchers will process your order and assign it to a delivery driver.

Step 3


PARCEL PICK-UP

The delivery driver will come to your location and pick up your parcel. From
this point on, you will be able to view the pick-up time and the scheduled
delivery time via your online customer portal.

Step 4


PARCEL DELIVERY

The delivery driver will deliver your parcel to the recipient. Once your order
has been delivered, you can verify the delivery time and identify the person who
signed for the delivery.

Step 5


SHIPPING OUTSIDE MONTREAL OR QUEBEC CITY

For shipments outside of Montreal or Quebec City, delivery drivers will deposit
parcels at our warehouses. Once a package has arrived at our sorting center, one
of our agents will make the necessary shipping arrangements.
