ABOUT US

Joe Draper has been surrounded by the cattle industry his whole life. From four
generations of ranching in the Draper family, with family members running the
largest cattle ranch in Nicaragua , moving to California, Nevada, and now Texas,
Joe Draper carries on the ranching tradition with D8 Cattle Co.

After running operations large and small, helping sell millions of cattle over
the years, Joe Draper loves working his operation of less than 200 head where he
can spend more time with each animal.

Raising cattle is important work, as ranchers support the backbone of America’s
food supply and economy. Joe passes on this tradition to his own daughter, the
next generation of D8 Cattle Co.

ATLAS RANCH

With over 3,000 acres of living space for our animals, Atlas Ranch is home to
Brahmans, Angus, Black Irish, Brangus, and Hereford Bulls that live happy,
healthy lives.

Our smaller operation of less than 200 head allows us to invest more time and
energy into each animal and ensure they are well fed, avoid illness, and trained
during their time at Atlas Ranch.
