Investing in Time for the Planet benefits... the planet! You will not receive
any financial dividends, but Climate Dividends, which account for the number of
tons of greenhouse gases avoided or captured thanks to your investment.

Now is not the time for competition but for cooperation. Every innovation
financed by Time for the Planet possesses an open source license, enabling to
broadly expand valuable solutions to tackle climate change.

We believe that every single person can benefit our mission. Important
decisions, such as choosing which innovations to invest money into, are made
during general meetings with all shareholders. Our Galaxy of Action allows
anyone who wants it to give a hand, in addition to their financial contribution.

Because of our commitments, we consider ourselves accountable to everyone.
Executives' salaries are capped and Time for the Planet's accounts are free to
access.

NB: Employees' salaries cannot be released if they do not wish to.

Here, no discussion, only pragmatism. We follow IPCC recommendations, for whom
developing innovations that help reduce greenhouse gas emissions is essential to
avoid the most disastrous scenarios. Innovations we invest in are evaluated
firstly by citizen assessors, then secondly by our Scientific Committee,
composed of researchers and climate experts.

We have gathered in response to the feeling of being powerless against climate
change. Our mantra to make things change has thus been: action. At Time for the
Planet, we chose to focus on doing rather than saying, as we consider that there
already are enough people and organisations focusing on the latter.


QUESTIONS?


Who do you accept as a shareholder? Do you think technology will save the world?
What are your criteria for selecting innovations? How does open source work?

We accept all individuals from 18 years old, as well as companies, associations,
local authorities and investment funds.

The short answer? No. At least not by itself. It will take brave political
decisions, a drastic change in our behavior and quick actions. But technology
will have to play a role, no matter what, to avoid environmental disaster. And
it is up to us, the citizens, to make sure that it does. We invite you to read

We are looking for innovations that have a significant global impact on reducing
greenhouse gases, whether they are low-tech, high-tech or no-tech. Find out more

What we mean by open source is making available to third parties all the
elements enabling to copy, use and commercialize the innovations produced by our
companies. Time for the Planet's concept is to create companies that must be
economically viable enough to grow, have an impact on climate change, and
generate the creation of many other companies based on the innovation provided.
