Helado Negro
Best New Album
Roberto Carlos Lange eases back into the groove with a gorgeous, delicately
rendered album. It’s got space-age synths, wistful romance, and the breeziest
vibe in town.

PRELUDE TO ECSTASY

The Last Dinner Party
The London group’s opulent debut album channels baroque pop and prog of yore,
yet for all its high drama, the results sometimes sound too carefully plotted
and curiously professional.
