MOBILE APP FAQ


SIGN UP PROCESS

Press "Login".

Press "Sign up" to begin registration for KLIK+.

Select country code and enter your mobile number, then press “Next”

Enter your "OTP" then click press "Next".

Upon successful verification, press "Continue".

Enter your "First" and "Last" name, then press "Next".

Enter your corporate email address, then press "Next".

Note: Registration may be unsuccessful if the email address entered differs from
the email address provided by your Office Manager.

Enter the OTP that has been sent to your registered email address, then press
"Next".

Note: “Allow” Notifications from KLIK+ is recommended for better mobile
application experience.

Upon successful sign-up, press "Let's Go" to continue with facial registration.

To provide consent to the facial registration, press "Yes, I Agree" to proceed.

Follow on-screen guidance and press "Continue".

Follow on-screen guidance and press "Continue".

Follow on-screen guidance and press "Continue".

Follow on-screen guidance and press "Begin Capture" when you are ready to
proceed.

Note: Ensure KLIK+ Access to Camera is allowed to take photos for Facial
Recognition.

Position your face and press the camera icon when you are ready.

You may choose "Retake" to capture you photo again or press "Proceed" when you
are ready to submit.

Note: Follow on-screen guidance to retake your photo if the photo quality does
not meet requirement.

Upon successful facial recognition registration, press “Done” to proceed.

Press “Activate Card” for digital access card registration.

19. Upon successful digital card activation, "Activated" will be displayed above
the card image. Thank you for completing KLIK+ registration!

“Card Info” displays Access Card Details.

“How It Works” – Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth/NFC.
