REPORT LEAKS & FIELD PROBLEMS

The Emergency Desk takes calls concerning water and sewer leaks. The Emergency
Desk is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All water and sewer leaks
should be called in to the Emergency Desk to ensure prompt service.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

The Environmental Affairs Department oversees the Pretreatment Program for
discharges to the sanitary sewer and Stormwater Management for discharges to the
storm drainage system including identifying illicit discharges. The department
oversees Green Infrastructure Projects funded by the Sewerage and Water Board of
New Orleans.
