Pablo Quintanilla made his mark on today’s short run in the first of the big
dunes as he took the win on the fifth stage of Dakar 2024.
Today’s stage took in 118km of sand dunes through Saudi Arabia’s Empty Quarter
as riders made their first tracks into the jaw-dropping landscapes towards
Shubaytah.

TEAM ONE-TWO FINISH WITH BRABEC
José Ignacio Cornejo took a second stage victory at this year’s event with a
dominant performance into Al-Hofuf.
Having narrowly missed out on a maiden podium at the Dakar Rally in 2020, the 29
year old has his eyes on the top prize. The Chilean notched up his eighth Dakar
stage victory, flying across stage four to propel him to the top of the overall
standings now leading Ross Branch by over a minute.
A SOLID DAY FOR THE MONSTER ENERGY HONDA TEAM RIDERS AS THEY CLIMB UP THE
STANDINGS
On the fourth day of Dakar 2024 the Monster Energy Honda Team riders made their
mark on the first part of a marathon stage as they ventured from Al Duwadimi to
Al Salamiya.
Making the trek into the heart of Saudi Arabia they’d cover a variety of terrain
including soft dunes and stony tracks which required a high level of navigation
to make sure they got to the finish unscathed.
DAKAR 2024 RALLY KICKS OFF TODAY
A new season of the World Rally-Raid Championship kicks off this week with the
Monster Energy Honda Team all set to tackle the Dakar Rally aboard the new Honda
CRF450 RALLY. The current FIM Manufacturers’ World Championship holders will see
a line up featuring world leading riders with victories on the Dakar and the
very hardest of W2RC rallies under their belt. The Dakar Rally in KSA from 5th
Jan – 19th Jan 2024.
MAX VERSTAPPEN WINS THE ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2023.
Oracle Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen ended the season in style as he cruised
to a record-extending 19th victory of 2023 with yet another dominant display at
the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Max Verstappen of Oracle Red Bull Racing, supported by
Honda as a Team Partner, achieved his 19th win of the season and Sergio Perez
was 4th. Scuderia AlphaTauri's Yuki Tsunoda finished 8th, and Daniel Ricciardo
was 11th.
VERSTAPPEN WINS THE LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX
Max Verstappen and Sergio Pérez continued their 2023 dominance with a brilliant
win and third respectively for Oracle Red Bull Racing at the first ever Las
Vegas Grand Prix with the team's 20th season win breaking the previous
constructors' record of 19 wins that Mercedes set in 2016. Max Verstappen of
Oracle Red Bull Racing, supported by Honda as a Team Partner, achieved his 18th
win of the season and Sergio Perez was 3rd.

Oracle Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen wrapped up his Formula One world
title-winning weekend at the Qatar Grand Prix with a dominant drive around the

Round 15 of the season, Italian Grand Prix took place at Autodromo Nazionale

HONDA TO PARTICIPATE IN FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP FROM 2026 SEASON
Honda Motor Co., Ltd. today announced plans to participate in the FIA*1 Formula
One World Championship (F1) from the 2026 season as a power unit supplier. Honda

ADRIEN VAN BEVEREN TAKES THE GOLD AT THE ABU DHABI DESERT CHALLENGE 2023
Frenchman Adrien Van Beveren is the winner of the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge

The Red Bull Racing Hondas returned to their 'home' Red Bull Ring for Sunday's
Formula 1 Styrian Grand Prix. Max Verstappen rolled from pole and lead
wire-to-wire for his fourth win of the season.
MARQUEZ SCORES FIRST COMEBACK VICTORY AT SACHSENRING
Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda Team Honda RC213V) scored an emotional victory in the
German Grand Prix on 20th June. He stole the show at the Sachsenring and
returned to the top step of the podium 581 days after his last win.
VERSTAPPEN LEADS HOME A DOUBLE PODIUM IN FRANCE
Max won a thrilling French Grand Prix that went to the wire and Sergio made it a
double podium, a first for Red Bull Racing this season. This is the first time
since 1991, Honda-powered cars have taken three consecutive wins.
PEREZ LEADS A HONDA DOUBLE-PODIUM IN BAKU
Sergio secured his first win of 2021 and Pierre picked up his first podium, with
both Honda-powered teams finishing in the top three at the Azerbaijan Grand
Prix.
MONTEIRO MAKES A WINNING START TO WTCR SEASON AT GREEN HELL
Tiago Monteiro gave the Honda Civic Type R TCR victory in the opening race of
the 2021 WTCR - FIA World Touring Car Cup season at the Nürburgring
Nordschleife.
HONDA WINS THE INDIANAPOLIS 500
Honda notched their 14th Indianapolis 500 win, with Meyer Shank Racing's Helio
Castroneves scoring the victory. The victory at the 2021 Indianapolis 500 is the
first NTT INDYCAR SERIES win for Meyer Shank Racing since joining the series in
2017.

A dominant performance at Monaco Grand Prix saw the Red Bull Racing Honda lead

Monster Energy Honda Team rider Kevin Benavides rode his CRF 450 RALLY factory
bike to overall victory in the motorcycle category on Friday, January 15 after
completing the 12th stage of the 2021 Dakar Rally held in Saudi Arabia. Honda
Won the Motorcycle Category for Second Straight Edition.

TIM GAJSER WINS BACK-TO-BACK FIM MOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) contract rider Tim Gajser won the 2020 FIM
Motocross World Championship in the premier MXGP (450cc) class, his third title
(second consecutive) in the class. On November 4, Gajser took his Honda CRF450RW
factory bike to 2nd in Race 1 and in Race 2 his consistent fast pace gave him
the race win. This combined with Race 1 results, the overall round win.
HONDA MAKES HISTORY: 800 MOTORCYCLE GRAND PRIX WINS
At the 2020 Teruel Grand Prix, Honda became the first motorcycle manufacturer to
achieve the historic milestone of 800 Grand Prix victories. Riders from across
the world have been able to enjoy success with Honda machinery, in every Grand
Prix category, all the way from 50cc racing in the 1960s to 1000cc MotoGP today.

PIERRE GASLY WINS ITALIAN GP
On 6th September 2020 driving for Scuderia AlphaTauri Honda, using Honda’s
RA620H Power Unit, Pierre Gasly won the Italian Grand Prix. This is his first
win in F1 and the team’s second ever win, after its 2008 victory at this same
Monza track, racing as Scuderia Toro Rosso. It is Honda’s first win with the
team and its 77th in Formula 1.
24 HEURES MOTOS WIN WITH F.C.C. TSR HONDA FRANCE
F.C.C. TSR Honda France took victory at the 24 Heures Motos – Le Mans, a
prestigious 24-hour race, giving the all-new CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP’s debut
race win in Endurance World Championship.

Max Verstappen scores the first win of the Formula 1 season for the Aston Martin

RICKY BRABEC WINS DAKAR 2020 GIVING HONDA FIRST VICTORY IN 31 YEARS
Monster Energy Honda Team rider Ricky Brabec today rode his factory CRF450 RALLY
to overall motorcycle class victory in the final, 12th stage of the Dakar Rally
2020 which had moved to Saudi Arabia from this edition. His win gave Honda its
first Dakar victory in 31 years, since its last win in 1989.

QUINTANILLA BOUNCES BACK FOR THE STAGE FIVE VICTORY AS VAN BEVEREN JOINS HIM ON
THE PODIUM
Pablo Quintanilla made his mark on today’s short run in the first of the big
dunes as he took the win on the fifth stage of Dakar 2024.
Today’s stage took in 118km of sand dunes through Saudi Arabia’s Empty Quarter
as riders made their first tracks into the jaw-dropping landscapes towards
Shubaytah.

Honda today unveiled the “Honda 0 Series,” a new EV series Honda will launch
globally starting in 2026, with the world premiere of two concept models, namely
Saloon and Space-Hub, at the CES 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S. Honda also
presented the world premiere of the new H mark to be used exclusively for the
next-generation EV models of Honda.

CORNEJO DOUBLES UP ON STAGE 4 OF THE DAKAR RALLY TO MAKE A MONSTER ENERGY HONDA
TEAM ONE-TWO FINISH WITH BRABEC
José Ignacio Cornejo took a second stage victory at this year’s event with a
dominant performance into Al-Hofuf.
Having narrowly missed out on a maiden podium at the Dakar Rally in 2020, the 29
year old has his eyes on the top prize. The Chilean notched up his eighth Dakar
stage victory, flying across stage four to propel him to the top of the overall
standings now leading Ross Branch by over a minute.

A SOLID DAY FOR THE MONSTER ENERGY HONDA TEAM RIDERS AS THEY CLIMB UP THE
STANDINGS
On the fourth day of Dakar 2024 the Monster Energy Honda Team riders made their
mark on the first part of a marathon stage as they ventured from Al Duwadimi to
Al Salamiya.
Making the trek into the heart of Saudi Arabia they’d cover a variety of terrain
including soft dunes and stony tracks which required a high level of navigation
to make sure they got to the finish unscathed.
