OOPS! YOU FELL FOR A PHISH!

Do not worry, this was an approved phishing simulation run by UPS.

Please take a moment to review the Warning Signs to
look for when reading emails

Below is the simulated phishing message you just received. Like a real phishing
attack, on the surface the email seems to be legitimate — but it is not.

If this had been an actual attack, clicking the link would have sent you to a
dangerous site and exposed your system to ransomware, malware or another cyber
security threat.

From: aetna HealthCare<medicalrecords@healthline.site>
Subject: [EXTERNAL] Electronic Healthcare Claim is Available

Hint: To help you see where the email is really coming from, an address in
brackets will display next to any link in an external email. This is a new
feature called “URL Defense with Appended Domain.” You’ll also see this by
hovering over the link, next to the long internal scan information. This makes
it easier for you to validate the email information received is from a
legitimate external party. Pay close attention to these details.

Remember: never enter your credentials into a website without proper
validation that the site is legitimate.

Report it.  Always err on the side of caution. If the email seem suspicious and
you don’t feel comfortable clicking the link, report the email to the SOC
(Security Operations Center). Simply click the Report Phish icon in your Outlook
toolbar  and then Confirm Report Phish. The email will be deleted from your
inbox and sent for analysis.

If you don’t see the Report Phish icon, send a copy of the email or message to
soc@ups.com.

By clicking "Acknowledge" below, you agree that you have read the above advice.
