ABOUT LEADING LIKE JESUS

MY BACKGROUND

I have been leading/building teams in church, non-profit and public sector
organisations for over 25 years.




Currently I’m an Executive Director for a healthcare organisation, Director for
RHEMA UK & Ireland and Pastor at His Life Church as well as leading Aletheia
International where we focus on helping organisation, teams and individuals
succeed in their purpose.


With a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Leadership and a Post Graduate
Diploma in Digital Health Leadership as well as numerous professional
accreditations I can demonstrate a commitment to life long learning.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everyone has a God given purpose to live a fulfilling and
meaningful life. By identifying and working towards their purpose, my clients
are able to lead to their full potential and create a life, a family, business
or a ministry they love.




Jesus gives us many lessons in leadership that we can learn from and apply to
help us achieve our purpose.


My goal is to learn these lessons and help the people I work with apply them to
their purpose. 

WHAT WE DO

We offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and
workshops. These services are designed to help clients lead with purpose in all
they do.


We also host a monthly podcast where we aim to offer value through conversations
about how to lead with purpose and lessons that we can learn from the leadership
of Jesus.
