About

ARMA: Armed Assault, is a tactical military first-person and third-person
shooter developed by Bohemia Interactive a.s. and was released in 2006 as a
spiritual successor to Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis. Its successor,
ARMA 2, launched in 2009 and received numerous follow-on expansions, followed by
ARMA 3 on September 12th, 2013. The latest title in the series, ARMA Reforger,
was released on May 18th, 2022.

WESTERN SAHARA

Released on November 18th, 2021, the Western Sahara Creator DLC has players take
on the role of a private military contractor sent to the wartorn North African
nation of Argana:

 * The Sefrou-Ramal map, a desert terrain that spans 100 square kilometres of
   sand dunes
 * Five factions in a shared 2030s-era Armaverse: desert NATO forces, the
   Sefrawi Freedom and Independence Army, UNA peacekeepers, Tura tribe
   insurgents, and the ION Services private military company
 * Expanded versions of existing ArmA 3 assets, as well as brand new weapons,
   gear, uniforms, vehicles and aircraft for all five factions
 * Singleplayer/co-operative campaign and numerous multiplayer modes/time trials
