We innovate to make the most of our bananas - sustainably
grown in our certified plantations - to create upcycled natural
banana ingredients under the Zero Waste principle.

We maintain certifications that prove our quality, sustainability and safety

FUNCTIONALITY

Baby food grade, nutrient-dense, natural sweetener, vegan, vegetarian,
gluten-free, binder, thickener, fat substitute, plant-based, vegetable
fibers and prebiotic source.

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS

Our Natural Banana ingredients do not contain saturated fat or
cholesterol. They can lower the calories and decrease the fat content of
food products, and are a natural substitute for added sugars. Banana
ingredients are a good source of fiber and phosphorus, a source of
vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, and zinc, and contain protein.




OUR CERTIFICATIONS

We maintain certifications that prove our quality, sustainability and safety
management to customers,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the continuity of our
operations.

This certification guarantees
that fruit entering the plant
for processing is Rainforest
Alliance Certified.

This standard focuses on
ensuring consistency in
auditing processes and
promoting greater
transparency and traceability
of the supply chain.

The Halal certification ensures
that the product is permitted
or acceptable in accordance
with the Islamic law.

Our food processing plant has the
HACCP or the Food Safety Management
System Certification.


Under the LSQA seal, we guarantee the
implementation of the Hazard Analysis
and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
system. This allows the reduction,
control or elimination of hazards in
food safety.


Kosher certification ensures
that food complies with the
requirements of Judaism and
can therefore be consumed
by believers. It guarantees
that no animal products are
used in the process.

The Upcycled Certified
Program highlights upcycled
ingredients and products
procured and produced with
surplus food or food by-
products from
manufacturing, that use
verifiable supply chains and
have a positive impact on the
environment.


ONE BANANA INGREDIENTS

One Banana Ingredients are made from our
own sustainably grown Cavendish bananas,
from our certified plantations. They are
upcycled certified, GMO free and meet all
FDA and USDA standards.
