DATA CONNECTORS PRIVACY POLICY

Data Connectors respects the information provided by our community members.
Because we gather certain types of information, we believe you should fully
understand the terms and conditions surrounding the information we capture and
the use of that information. This privacy statement discloses the type of
information we capture, how we use it, and how you can request to no longer
receive communications from Data Connectors or our affiliate partners.

Note that Data Connectors can only hold information on individuals who have a
legitimate interest in cybersecurity solutions, and are residents or citizens of
the United States and Canada. Registrations from outside these regions are not
accepted.  For the purposes of regulatory compliance, registrants will be taken
to be citizens of, and beholden to the regulations associated with the address
given to Data Connectors at the time of registration.


COMMUNITY

This policy applies to all members of the community, including but not limited
to, attendees, registrants, vendor partners, exhibitors, sponsors our show
exhibitors, show visitors, conference visitors, inquiries, speakers, press, and
other individuals with whom Data Connectors maintain business relationships or
communications.


INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND USE

Two primary types of information are gathered from the community:

Financial Information is payment information used for or gathered during the
registration process and includes, but is not limited to, credit card numbers,
financial institutions, and expiration dates. This information is not used for
any purpose other than that for which it is being provided to us, and is used
only to the extent necessary for processing the transaction or to facilitate
future transactions.

Professional Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, company
name, company address, phone number, professional certifications and social
media affiliations, email address, as well as questions answered on survey or
registration forms. Data captured during any visit to the Data Connectors web
site, via our forms, or in a virtual or physical event environment is also
considered professional information and may also be stored in our customer
database for our internal use. Professional information may be, upon the consent
of Data Connectors, shared with affiliate partners or other organizations for
the purpose of facilitating business relationships.

OPTING OUT

Data Connectors will accept, implement and maintain any request to opt-out of
future communication from Data Connectors, or a third party to whom Data
Connectors provided information. If you would like to opt out of communications
you are receiving from Data Connectors or our affiliates, please click here and
enter the information requested so we may thoroughly implement your request
within 10 days of receipt.

SECURITY

Data Connectors utilizes secure servers to protect community members’
information. Secure server software is used to encrypt the information sent
between your Internet browser and our Internet site. This ensures the security
of your professional and financial transaction details when using the site. We
follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information
you have given to us and may, on occasion, request proof of identity before we
disclose any professional information to you.


DATA PROTECTION COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

Vendor Partners who participate in our events are responsible for compliance
with applicable data protection and privacy laws (including any relating to
direct marketing by electronic means) in respect of personal data obtained from,
or in connection with, those events. It is their responsibility to obtain
consent to the sending of marketing communications to attendees. They are
responsible for ensuring this consent covers any communications methods used for
marketing (e.g. email, SMS, telephone) and complies with applicable law(s). They
further agree not to use for marketing purposes any personal data that Data
Connectors makes available or that has been from interactions with our
attendees, unless they have otherwise obtained the necessary consent. They also
agree to act promptly on any requests from individuals who opt-out or
unsubscribe from further marketing communications form your organization.


POLICY CHANGES

Data Connectors reserves the right to review and change this Privacy Policy.
Policy changes may be made without prior notice to existing customers. Policy
revisions only apply to information gathered as of the effective date of the
revised policy, unless we give you notice and choice as to the changes in use,
in which case all information is subject to the new policy.
