With more than 20 years of experience at Cardinal Health, Snow serves at the
company’s chief human resources officer. She is charged with creating a culture
where talented and passionate people are eager to join, deliver results and
thrive in a workplace that is mission-driven. With a track record of proven
success navigating the intersection of business outcomes and human capital
strategies, Snow continues to challenge the status quo to protect, maintain and
enhance company culture. Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, Snow
and her team work tirelessly to make Cardinal Health an environment where
employees can bring 100% of themselves to work each day and thrive. Empowering
high-performing teams to develop solutions that reduce barriers that prevent our
employees from thriving, create clear paths for personal and professional
development as well as help them make a difference in improving the lives of
patients every day. Prior to her current role, Snow was the chief diversity
officer at Cardinal Health and led Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent
Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion and the Corporate HR Business Partners. Her
team defined needs within the business and implemented solutions to drive
results, talent strategy and culture for employees across the globe. During her
tenure at the company, she has led more than 25 merger and acquisition
opportunities within the HR function. Prior to joining Cardinal Health in 2001,
Snow served as regional director at TeleSpectrum Worldwide Inc., where she led
the HR function for the East region. She earned her bachelor’s degree in
management, with an emphasis on human resource management, from University of
Alabama. Snow acts as co-executive sponsor for the company’s DE&I Council and an
advisor for the company’s Black and African American Racial Equity Cabinet, two
internal groups charged with challenging the status quo and ultimately helping
to advance DE&I within the organization. She also serves as a board member of
the Cardinal Health Foundation. Snow’s passion for DE&I and her strong
leadership skills have been recognized by several organizations including Top 50
HR, Columbus Business First and the National Diversity Council. In the
community, Snow is actively engaged in numerous boards, commissions and councils
including Flying Horse Farms, the Columbus Women’s Commission, The Ohio State
University’s Fisher Leadership Initiative Corporate Advisory Council, Baxter
Credit Union and a member of the Leadership Development Committee in the
department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University
Wexner Medical Center. She is an active member of the American Heart
Association’s Go Red for Women Circle, chaired the 2022 Columbus Go Red campaign
and currently sits on the Go Red for Women National Council.

Dave Cofer brings nearly 25 years of private sector (HR, Continuous Improvement
and Entry Talent), consulting (Entry Talent Solutions) and non-profit (Community
Development) leadership experience to his role as Director, Partnerships and
Programs at Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio. In this role,
Dave is responsible for providing day-to-day program management and leadership
to the College’s portfolio of earn-and-learn programming and for-credit programs
designed to meet the lifelong learning and upskilling needs of incumbent
workers. Dave earned a B.S. in Business (Human Resource Management &
Organizational Behavior) from Miami University (Ohio), an M.A. in Education
(Workforce Development; concentration in Human Resource Development) from The
Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education
Administration from Ohio University.

Nick Jones
VP of Community Wellness - Nationwide Children's Hospital

Nick Jones is the Vice President for Community Wellness at Nationwide Children’s
Hospital. As part of his role, Nick oversees Nationwide Children’s Healthy
Neighborhoods Healthy Families (HNHF) initative, a five-pronged, placed-based
partnership focusing on affordable housing, economic development, wellness,
community enrichment and education. Nick is responsible for strategy
development, staff supervision, budgeting, resource gathering and overall
program performance and measurement. During his time at Nationwide Children’s,
Nick has partnered to bring in over $10 million to support the expansion of
HNHF, including the development of interventions such as career pathway
programming for community members, free tax preparation services, a match
savings program and an Upward Bound Math & Science program. Prior to joining
Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Nick held direct service and senior leaderships
roles in several Columbus-based non-profit organizations for 15+ years. Nick
holds a Master in Business Association and a Juris Doctor degree, and he resides
in in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and son.
