GREAT HOTEL AND STAFF
Our stay was great. Room was perfect. I will say the valet guys were the
best. Always so friendly, offering water, opening doors, helping with
luggage. I don't remember the guys name, but the one with the cool mustache
was so friendly and kind to us. I saw him each time we left and came back.
It's like he never left! Thank you for making it a great stay for us.

QUALITY STAFF/VIBRANT HOTEL
Staff was accommodating and demonstrated quick care in handling issues.
They know how to make a guest feel special. I highly recommend this hotel
based on its staff, vibrant vibe and location. A special shoutout to
Edgardo and Chris for making a difference in my experience!

BEST HOTEL NEAR UCLA
We have stayed multiple times at this W while our daughter has been
attending UCLA. It’s close and convenient to campus. The staff are very
friendly and attentive. I like the options of the 2 bedroom suite so my
student can stay with us when visiting. The pool area is nice and sunny.

RELOCATED ME TO THE W AND ENDED UP CHARGING ME FOR THE PLEASURE
Sneaky check in staff who charged me for a part of my stay despite the
Hyatt moving me to this hotel due to not providing my original room.

WEEKEND AT THE W
My wife and I stayed at the W to visit our daughter who is a student at
UCLA. The location is great for walking around Westwood and UCLA. The hotel
is great with an excellent pool area for relaxing and enjoying a happy hour
drink. Our room was large and comfortable.

MOST DISSATISFIED , WITH LITTLE TO RECOMMEND EXCEPT THE STAFF FRIENDLINESS.
The staff was very friendly and for the most part very helpful. We asked
the concierge for three things and none were acceptably delivered.
Including distilled water for my CPAP machine, despite five requests. It
did come on the sixth request. This is after I put in writing an email what
it was that we required. The hotel was tires, looking with spatters on the
wall around the elevators and on wall furniture beside the elevators that
was literally falling down, no vacuuming the entire time we were there in
in the hallways, allowing us to see threads in the exact same place every
day for four days. Fried carpet in several places in the room. Totally
dissatisfying experience at luxury prices

VERY NICE HOTEL
Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and large and
comfortable. The parking fees for overnight stay is ridiculously expensive.
When I pay a lot for the room then the parking fee is over the top, that is
irritating.

GREAT LOCATION, RUN DOWN ROOM
This is a great location if you want to be in Westood. Very crowded, busy
guests all scurrying around and "very important". Bed was fine but bathroom
was cruddy and run down. Front desk staff professional.

A HIDDEN GEM
Every time I say here, I feel like I’m home. From being greeted by the
front desk staff to other employees, everyone has a smile and can-do
attitude. The rooms are big and well-maintained. And the breakfasts are
delicious!
