WHAT’S IS A PEV?

A PEV refers to a Personal Electric Vehicle, and there are five primary
categories of these vehicles, including Electric Bikes, Electric Scooters,
Electric Skateboards, Electric Unicycles, and Onewheels.


IS PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO OPERATE THIS VEHICLE?

Previous experience is not required, and beginners are welcome to try riding.
However, some PEVs may have steeper learning curves than others. Here are some
estimated learning times for each vehicle type:

 * Electric Skateboards: Typically take around 30 minutes to 1 hour to learn
   without prior experience, or 0-30 minutes for those with skateboarding
   experience.
 * Electric Scooters: Usually take around 0-15 minutes to get the hang of.
 * Onewheels: Generally take around 1-2 hours to learn without prior experience.
 * Electric Unicycles: Typically require around 2-3 hours to learn without
   experience, and lessons may be necessary. Those with unicycle experience can
   usually learn in 15-30 minutes.


WHAT ARE THE RENTAL REQUIREMENTS?

Once you've made your reservation, you'll need to complete our online waiver.
When you arrive, you will be required to provide the following:

 * A valid government-issued ID.
 * Closed-toed shoes.
 * A backpack to carry any belongings you wish to bring with you on the ride.
 * We recommend bringing a water bottle.


IS IT NECESSARY TO WEAR A HELMET?

We provide helmets free of charge with all rentals. We highly recommend wearing
a helmet, as riding these vehicles can be risky and potentially result in
serious injury or death.


IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR RENTING PEVS?

If you're under 18 years old, you'll need a parent or guardian to sign your
waiver. Additionally, the minimum recommended age varies depending on the
product, so it's important to check the specific product for its age
requirements. You can also reach out to us for guidance on age restrictions.


IS THERE A MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT FOR RIDERS?

Yes, the recommended maximum weight limit varies depending on the product, so
it's important to check the specific product for its weight restrictions. If
you're unsure or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us
for guidance.


WHAT IF IT RAINS OR I NEED TO CANCEL MY RENTAL?

Once a rental order is completed, the order may not be canceled or rescheduled
without E-Board Rentals LLC written consent. In order to request a rental
cancellation, you must contact info@e-boardrentals.com or call 954 9909267.
Refunds are only submitted if the cancellation request is done within 10 minutes
after completing the reservation. If rain or severe weather makes it impossible
to rent, we'll issue a voucher that you can use to reschedule your rental at no
extra charge.
