NOT SURE HOW TO DO SOMETHING?

 1. ProSelect Reference Manual - You can open this (and the other manuals) from
    under the Help Menu within ProSelect. If you prefer to read a printed copy,
    you can download print resolution versions of the manuals from the Downloads
    area and print these out yourself.
 2. Training Movies - We have a wide range of movie resources available Movies -
    You can search for a relevant movie by keyword under the Training menu.
 3. KnowledgeBase Articles - Try searching our KnowledgeBase by category or
    keyword to quickly find an answer to your question. We publish answers to
    all commonly asked, (and not so commonly asked) questions here.
 4. ProSelect User Group - The Facebook User Group is an independent community
    of users who help each other (and we chime in now and then!). This is a
    great place to ask "What is the best way to..." questions. For "Why isn't
    this working..." questions, you should submit a Support Ticket (see below)
 5. Support Tickets - If you have current PLUS and you have a technical
    question, you are welcome to submit a Support Ticket to the ProSelect
    Department and one of our Support crew will get back to you. The Sales,
    Registration and Activations departments can be accessed by anyone.


ENCOUNTERED A BUG OR ERROR?

 1. Are you using the latest version? We release new versions quite often and
    try to fix any reported bugs as soon as possible. You can find which version
    you have by checking About ProSelect (under Help Menu on Windows or under
    the Apple Menu on Macs). If your computer is connected to the internet, you
    can use the Check for Updates Now function (under the Help Menu in
    ProSelect) to do this. If your PLUS is current, then you can download the
    latest version from the Downloads area. If you are only licensed to use an
    earlier version of ProSelect then check that you have the latest release
    applicable for your license from the ProSelect (old versions) page.
 2. Submit a Support ticket - If your PLUS is current then you can submit a
    Support Ticket and one of our Support crew will get back to you.
