WHAT IF WE CAN'T GIVE THE INCORPORATION CERTIFICATE?

In that case, please upload the GST Certificate


DO I HAVE TO MENTION NUMBERS WHICH ARE CONFIDENTIAL? WILL THIS AFFECT MY
EVALUATION?

No, it's not mandatory, the Jury will evaluate what you have shared.


IS A FIRM REPRESENTED BY A JURY MEMBER ALLOWED TO ENTER THE COMPETITION?

Yes, However, the jury members aren't allowed to judge the work of their own
company.


WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS?

We do not have timing requirements for when a program is implemented or how long
it must be in place, organizations are encouraged to submit once their programs
have been in place long enough to show impact and measurable results. This is an
important aspect of the judging criteria so it is critical that you can
demonstrate the same before submittal.


WHO ARE THE JUDGES? AND HOW ARE THEY CHOSEN?

The judges are all leading industry experts and have been chosen based on their
experience in the HR industry. They span the public, private and charity
sectors.


WHAT ARE THE STEPS IN COMPLETING THE SUBMISSION OF AN ENTRY?

CAN COMPANIES APPLY FOR INITIATIVES OUTSIDE OF INDIA?

No, all the initiatives should have been implemented in India itself.


WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS?

Any Video/PPT/ Document participant can upload to add value to the nomination.


WHAT IF I DON'T WIN THE AWARD? WILL THE MONEY BE REFUNDED?

No refund will be made, once the payment is submitted.


WHO CAN ENTER?

The competition is open to anyone working in PSU, Private Sector, corporate
departments, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies or other
institutions, or in any other field related to HR. We welcome entries from
consulting firms, HR agencies, Vendors corporates, or brands without
restriction.


WHAT IS THE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS?

An esteemed panel consisting of industry leaders and academics will evaluate all
nominated submissions. Each entry will undergo a thorough review by three jurors
to ensure impartiality is maintained.


HOW DO I NOMINATE FOR THE CATEGORIES?

Nominations can be sent through the website by visiting the Awards Nomination
segment. The form will allow you to choose the categories and upload your
documents. You can save the nominations, transfer payments and provide the
details before you submit your entries.


WHAT IS THE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS?

An esteemed panel consisting of industry leaders and academics will evaluate all
nominated submissions. Each entry will undergo a thorough review by three jurors
to ensure impartiality is maintained.


WHEN WILL THE AWARD WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?

Announcements of the winners and the runners-up are made on the event day.


HOW MANY INITIATIVES/ PROJECTS/CAMPAIGNS/ENTRIES UNDER DIFFERENT CATEGORIES CAN
I SUBMIT?

You can submit as many initiatives/ projects/campaigns/entries as you like, and
there is no restriction on the number of categories you can enter.
