Verify your email. Enjoy access to your new account!


PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION

After successfully verifying and logging into your account, proceed to the
Pricing section to make a payment for course access. You have the option to
choose between monthly and yearly payment plans.


GET ACCESS TO ALL COURSE

Upon successful payment, you gain access to all courses. Each course is
scheduled on specific days and times.

1 HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON PROJECT REWIRE?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, fill in the
required information, and follow the prompts. Once registered, you'll have
access to scheduled video sessions.

2 HOW DO I WATCH A SCHEDULED VIDEO SESSION?

Log in to your account, navigate to the session details, and click on the
scheduled session. You'll be prompted to confirm your attendance. Once
confirmed, you can watch the session at the scheduled date and time.

3 CAN I REWATCH VIDEO SESSIONS?

Yes, some video sessions are rewatchable. Check the session details to see if
it's marked as "rewatchable." If so, you can access it multiple times. Sessions
marked for a single viewing can be watched only once.

4 HOW CAN I MAKE A ONE-TIME PAYMENT FOR ALL VIDEO SESSIONS?

Once logged in, go to the payment section, select the option for all video
access, and proceed with the one-time payment. After successful payment, you'll
have unrestricted access to all video sessions.

5 WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENCOUNTER TECHNICAL ISSUES DURING A SESSION?

If you experience technical difficulties, check your internet connection first.
If issues persist, contact our support team through the "Help" section on the
platform for assistance.
