UNSATISFACTORY
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend staying here with any of my friends or
family. Multiple things were an issue and I left feeling very dissatisfied
with my stay.
I was in control of having our team stay at this location and had a large
group book here - we were 20+ rooms
I was the last to get my room, at 4:30 pm after having to address the front
desk multiple times. Receiving excuses of housekeeping running late, the
folks in my room leaving were running late, they were trying to "surprise"
me with a room upgrade, etc, etc. The run around was exhausting. Remember,
I also had 20 people to tend to make sure they all got their rooms and
things were okay.
The ladies at the front desk were not polite and rude, making me
uncomfortable. They tried to make me feel bad about "ruining the surprise"
of an upgrade - it was shocking.
So, no wouldn't I bring my team back here, myself, or recommend this hotel
to others.

GREAT HOTEL FOR FAMILY
We had two rooms for our family of four. The rooms were very comfortable
and clean and the hotel was wonderful- we enjoyed the bar and the
breakfast. Great location especially because we arrived in Munich by train-
it’s right across the street so that was super easy.

BRING A FAN!
I realize that July, 2023 was one of the hottest summers that Munich has
ever had, but our stay was extremely uncomfortable as the A/C was not

I stayed in for both business and family leisure. We all found the place
friendly for both family and business. The swimming pool was excellent, but
the Gym opening hours were not convenient.

50TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS AT THE MERIDIEN MUNICH
We have just returned from a 4 night break at the Meridien Munich to
celebrate my wife’s big birthday and what a fantastic experience we had!
The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train station and is an
easy walk to the old town. From the moment we arrived we experienced a
first class service from all the staff who went above and beyond to ensure
our stay was enjoyable.
While the spa was closed for renovation we did thoroughly enjoy the
swimming pool, particularly after a day of wandering around the beautiful
city. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The choice and
range of food was excellent.
Looking forward to a return visit to Munich and the Meridien!!
