TIMOTHY V. GUMINA - PRESIDENT

Timothy V. Gumina, with over twenty-seven years of experience in the repair of
structural systems, is a recognized authority of construction-engineered
systems, materials and their applications. He is responsible for overseeing
Restruction Corporations highly specialized work on the repair of parking
garages, buildings, bridges, dams and pavements throughout the United States.

Mr. Gumina is responsible for the day-to-day management of Restruction
Corporation’s business operations, oversees estimating, business development,
and Utah and Arizona offices. In addition, he regularly consults with
architects, engineers, and owners developing solutions to complex
constructability issues. Often, these issues involve structural repair problems
that must be executed around a structures operational need, while being
cognizant of safety issues.

Mr. Gumina was formerly the Vice President of Field Operations for Restruction
Corporation. He performed the project management responsibilities for projects
ranging in size from a few hundred to 3.5 million dollars. He was responsible
for the development of many of the structural repair techniques and procedures
currently employed by Restruction Corporation’s field crews. He developed the
training programs currently practiced to help improve the quality of the
constructed product and advance the qualifications of individual crafts people
employed by Restruction Corporation. He also developed the current safety
program.

Mr. Gumina is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI),
Associated General Contractors (AGC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and
Structural Engineers Association of Colorado (SEAC). He is currently a member of
the ICRI, Committee on Evaluation of Concrete.

Mr. Gumina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from
the Colorado School of Mines, Golden, Colorado. He regularly attends educational
seminars and meetings of professional associations to keep current on management
techniques, building construction, preservation and rehabilitation technology.

Mr. Gumina has been a guest lecturer on concrete repair techniques and safety
procedures for the Pre-stressed Concrete Institute and at Restruction
Corporation seminars. He has presented a paper at the IX International Congress
on Polymers in Concrete, Bologna, Italy and has had papers on construction
techniques, concrete and masonry repair published in Concrete Repair Bulletin
and American Society of Civil Engineering proceedings.

MICHAEL R. WYMAN - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Michael R. Wyman is a materials and cost engineer with twenty nine years of
experience in construction and structural repair. He manages technical and cost
evaluation for the maintenance and repair projects undertaken by Restruction
Corporation as well as Corporate Risk Management. His knowledge of field
engineering techniques, structural repair procedures and repair materials
enables him to work closely with consulting engineers, architects and owners
seeking cost-effective solutions that insure a structure’s stabilization and
long-term integrity.

As one of Restruction Corporations project managers, he has supervised a wide
variety of projects for Restruction Corporation including a $5.4 million dollar
rehabilitation of a cast in place parking garage in Denver Colorado. The project
included the use of hydrodemolition of the unsound concrete in order to meet the
owners completion date. He also managed a $1.9 million dollar stadium repair
project in Arizona which involved a substantial amount of shoring and jacking of
portions of the structure. He directed the load testing and repair of double tee
concrete beams for a four-level parking garage at a privately owned shopping
mall in Ogden, Utah, and the removal, waterproofing and replacement of the
open-air concrete game deck above the Student Center at the University of
Wyoming in Laramie.

Mike has also been involved in numerous structural strengthening projects using
a variety of materials including structural steel as well as carbon and glass
composites. These projects include the installation of steel beams and columns
or composites to strengthen deteriorated structural elements, correct
deficiencies in existing structures, or accommodate changes in loading
conditions.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the
Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado, and continues to attend
construction industry seminars presented by professional and trade
organizations.

Mike is a member and Past President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the
American Concrete Institute, and has spoken on “Crack Injection: Methods,
Materials and Costs” for the World of Concrete seminar series on concrete
repair, sponsored by the American Society of Concrete Contractors.

BRUCE A. COLLINS - VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Bruce Collins is responsible for identifying opportunities, estimating and
managing Restruction Corporation highly technical structural repair projects. As
Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Collins has managed large scale
repair projects from concept to completion. He has used various problem
identification methods such as petrography, corrosion rate monitoring,
destructive testing and chloride ion content testing in pre-construction service
work to determine causes of structural deterioration.

As part of the Restruction Corporation business development group since 1992,
Mr. Collins has managed structural repair construction projects in parking
garages, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, dams and bridges. He is
versed in many repairs techniques including external post tensioning,
hydro-demolition, rebar stitching, carbon fiber reinforced polymer
strengthening, shoring and jacking.

Mr. Collins holds a BSc. Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics from the
Colorado School of Mines, Golden Colorado. He was elected to the National Board
of Directors, International Concrete Repair Institute in 1997 and served until
2008. He was voted and ICRI “Fellow” in 2002. He worked on numerous ICRI
guidelines including Hydro-demolition, Pull-off Bond Testing, Selection of
Strengthening Systems and Post Tension Repair. He was a voting member of the
ICRI Technical Activities Committee for 6 years. At The American Concrete
Institute, Mr. Collins is a voting member on ACI Committee 364 “Rehabilitation
of Concrete Structure” and has been a professional speaker for ACI Concrete
Repair Basics and ACI Concrete Repair Workshops.

Bruce has published project papers in Engineering News Record, Parking Magazine,
The Concrete Repair Bulletin and Power Magazines ,PTI Journal and has presented
project papers at SSPC, ICRI and ACI National Conventions.

As part of Restruction Corporation since 1992, Bruce has had hands on experience
on major repair project. These projects include bridges, Vail Pass segmental
bridges, airport runway repair in Fort Morgan and at Stapleton International
Airport, and repairs at the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs. His estimating
responsibilities have included major structural repair projects bid by
Restruction Corporation on dams and buildings.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in
Economics from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado. Bruce was
elected to the National Board of Directors of the International Concrete Repair
Institute in 1997 and is still serving. He is currently Sub-committee Chair for
I.C.R.I. Guideline #03730. He was named to the I.C.R.I. Technical Activities
Committee and voted an I.C.R.I “Fellow” in 2002. Bruce has authored papers
published in ENR Magazine, Concrete Repair Bulletin and Parking Magazine. The
PTI Journal, as well as the Shotcrete magazine. He has been a speaker for ACI
Concrete Repair Basics and Concrete Repair Workshop Seminar Series since 1996.

Bruce is an active member of the American Concrete Institute and the Structural
Engineers Association of Colorado. He regularly presents seminars for
Restruction Corporation and attends educational seminars on the repair of
structures as well as seminars related to construction and engineering.

MICHAEL E. LUTONSKY - VICE PRESIDENT, FIELD OPERATIONS

Mr. Lutonsky has been involved in structural repair, strengthening and
construction management since joining Restruction Corporation in 1990. Mike
manages a very talented and diverse group of managers and field supervisors that
are considered the leaders in the industry of structural repair. Mike regularly
attends educational seminars on construction safety as well as repair seminars
to maintain a current level of structural repair materials, techniques and
procedures. He has several safety training certifications and is trained in
multiple repair procedures and use of materials.

Staying true to our Mission Statement of meeting our client’s needs with
exceptional quality, value, and excellence with security for our employees. Mike
manages our safety program to ensure our employees are accident free and OSHA
compliant, our employee training program ensuring our employees are trained in
the repairs they are performing so our clients have qualified personnel at every
jobsite and our equipment and vehicle fleet maintenance program to ensure we
occupy the highways safely and when we get to the job – working, well maintained
equipment accompanies each crew.

As a project Superintendent, Colorado Operations Manager and now Vice President
of Field Operations with Restruction some of Mike’s crowning achievements
include the managing of the Castlewood Canyon Bridge Arch rehabilitation for the
Colorado Department of Transportation. This project included the removal of
delaminated concrete along the arch of the bridge and replacing it with a wet
mix shotcrete while suspended from scaffolding below the bridge. An epoxy-bonded
carbon fiber was installed to increase the load carrying capacity of the
structural arches. This project has received many awards including Colorado
Contractor’s Association’s Sub Contractor of the year for Restruction
Corporation and Project of the year from the American Concrete Institute.

Mike’s project management resume includes numerous projects that required
creative solutions to complex rehabilitation and structural repair projects. He
supervised the rehabilitation of the structural steel super structures and
foundation that supports the Incline Railway at The Royal Gorge in Canon City,
Colorado. Experience includes complex concrete placements, pre-stressed and
post-tensioning, high rises, public stadiums, dams, bridges and runways.

STEED LOPEZ - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Lopez has been employed with Restruction Corporation Since 1996. He has had
several titles within the company, Repair technician, Shop Superintendent, and
Project Superintendent. Where he was directly involved in project scheduling,
subcontractor management, client relations and coordination with the Engineer of
Record on his projects. Mr. Lopez has extensive experience with structural
repairs including concrete repair, steel repair, carbon fiber application, and
concrete overlays, cement grouting, epoxy grouting, poly urethane grouting. As
well as extensive field experience with industry leading repair materials and
repair methods.

Mr. Lopez is currently working in the Business Development department where he
is responsible for assisting in the development of new clients, new web design,
and new marketing concepts. As well as continuing to develop, current and past
client relationships. Mr. Lopez represents Restruction Corporation as a member
of BOMA, Rocky Mountain Chapter of ACI, also ACI’s “Strategic Research Repair
Council”, (SRRC).

Major Project Experience:

Foothills Water Treatment Plant, Littleton, Colorado: 
Project consisted of concrete spall repairs, urethane injection, epoxy
injection, and joint sealant for a 25 million gallon water tank. Work had to be
completed during a very condensed schedule do to the shutdown window provided by
the city. Project consisted of over 2,700 LF of water mitigation work.

Wolford Mountain Reservoir Pipe Grouting, Kremmling, Colorado: 
Project consisted of grouting of concrete voids due to poor consolidation in the
concrete incased steel outlet pipe. Work had to be completed in a condensed
schedule due to the short down time in which the pipe could be shutdown.

Goose Pasture Reservoir, Breckenridge, Colorado: 
Project included concrete repairs to the concrete service spillway, grouting of
voids located below the slab, setting of soil anchors, and installation of new
under drain bedding and piping. In order to complete Restruction had to overcome
difficult access as well poor weather conditions.

Royal Gorge Incline Railway, Canon City, Colorado: 
General structural strengthening of funicular tramway supports. Required
extremely close working relationship with engineer. Work consisted of unique
access systems, concrete removal and replacement at rock abutments and concrete
supports, jacking of rock anchors using center hole rams, steel framing for
lateral bracing and steel coating protection.

128th Ave. and I-25 Bridge, Denver, Colorado:
Projected consisted of repairs to damaged concrete pier supports. These repairs
consisted of removal and replacement of damaged concrete as well as installation
of carbon fiber to strengthen bridge.

University of Colorado Arnett Hall, Boulder, Colorado:
This project consisted of strengthening of existing floor slab around floor
penetrations by application of carbon fiber.

GARY M. METZ - PROJECT MANAGER

Gary M. Metz is a project manager with seven years of experience in construction
and structural repair. Gary develops, estimates, and manages repair projects
undertaken by Restruction Corporation. He is well versed in structural repair
procedures, field engineering techniques, and repair materials. He regularly
works with engineers, architects, and owners to develop repair methodology and
techniques for complex projects.

Gary has successfully managed some of the largest projects in Restruction
Corporation’s history including a $5.4 million dollar repair to the Denver
Sheraton Parking Garage. The project consisted of approximately 70,000 square
feet of concrete repairs. A large portion of these repairs were completed via
hydro demolition techniques to shorten schedule as well as impact on the hotel.
Major coordination was required as the hotel directly above the garage was still
operational.

Mr. Metz also managed a $1.15 million dollar repair project of an eighteen story
high rise concrete frame condominium building with masonry facade deterioration
due to inadequate structural support and lack of expansion joints. Work entailed
selective removal of masonry, installation of new structural supports,
installation of expansion joints, and replacement of masonry.

Gary’s project management experience also includes concrete rehabilitation,
steel rehabilitation, post tensioning repair, fiber reinforced polymer
strengthening, passive cathodic protection, epoxy injection, urethane injection,
waterproofing, epoxy overlay’s, and historic structure rehabilitation.

In 2005 Mr. Metz received a Bachelor of Science degree for Civil Engineering and
a Minor in economics from Colorado School of Mines, Golden CO. He is a member of
the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Concrete Institute and regularly
attends educational seminars and meeting from various professional associations
to stay current on management, repair, and construction techniques.

JACOB H. LUTONSKY - PROJECT ENGINEER I

Jake Lutonsky is one of the newest additions to the Restruction Corporation
team. As a Project Engineer, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction
Management from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, some of Mr.
Lutonsky’s responsibilities include keeping our clients up to speed on project
progress, helping engineers in solving complex constructability issues, and
assisting superintendents in the field in keeping a project under budget and on
schedule.

Jake worked as a field employee over summers and holiday breaks while attending
Colorado State University, and while doing so gained experience in runway repair
at Denver International Airport, water treatment tanks, and parking structures.
As a field employee, Mr. Lutonsky gained the experience needed for success in
Project Management. Since becoming a Project Engineer, he has estimated and
managed jobs with cementitious coatings, wood structures, plaza rehabilitation,
and post tensioned slab on grade.

In a newly leased office space, Mr. Lutonsky helped the owner develop a
demolition and repair procedure needed to install new plumbing in a post
tensioned slab on grade. The work consisted of excavating concrete to expose
post tensioned tendons which were cut in order to install new plumbing in
existing building. After the new plumbing was installed, the cut tendons were
repaired and concrete slab was replaced.

In Denver, Colorado Jake managed a project that consisted of removing existing
topping and waterproofing from a 3200 square foot street level breezeway
structure. The original structure was replaced with a new waterproofing membrane
and black concrete topping to allow proper drainage. Jake coordinated the
construction of this project around the noise and debris restrictions requested
by high profile companies in the adjacent office building, as well as the Grand
Hyatt Hotel, while keeping the project on schedule.

Mr. Lutonsky is 10 hour OSHA safety certified, and has completed many other
safety training programs. He has attendee ACI seminars structured towards
concrete repair, and is currently a member if the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ACI.

JAIME CASTRO - SUPERINTENDENT

Mr. Castro is a Project Superintendent and has been employed with Restruction
Corporation since 1999. As Project Superintendent he is responsible for managing
Restruction Corporation’s skilled and talented crews. He is also directly
involved in project scheduling, subcontractor management, client relations and
coordination with the Engineer of Record on his projects. Mr. Castro is
bi-lingual. He has experience with all manufactures products, shoring, jacking,
expansion joint replacement, and concrete repairs.

Restruction Corporation Major Project Experience

Denver Sheraton Garage Renovation-
Project consisted of 60,000 sq. ft. of partial depth concrete deck spall repair,
11,000 square feet of concrete soffit spall repair. The project involved
reinforcing bar welding, hydro demolition and structural shoring.

Arapahoe County Municipal Building Structural Rehabilitation-
Project required removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk over tenant space,
removal and replacement of structural steel members and new waterproofing. Work
was completed while facility was in operation.

DCP Midstream Platteville Compressor base Repairs-
4 large concrete foundations for gas processing compressors delaminated at the
top mat of reinforcing steel. Removal and bonding of new proprietary high
strength repair concrete was required.

Bridger Valley I-80 Bridge Repair-
Concrete repairs to fire damaged bridge near Green River Wyoming. Concrete
repairs included silica fume modified shotcrete repairs at bridge girders and
deck soffit. Section enlargement of concrete columns was also completed.

24- Hour Fitness Garage-
Installation of extra heavy duty traffic coating on double tee structure over
finished tenant space provided waterproofing to the repaired structure.

SAUL GONZALES - SUPERINTENDENT

Mr. Gonzales is a Project Superintendent and has been employed with Restruction
Corporation since 2000. As Project Superintendent he is responsible for managing
Restruction Corporation’s skilled and talented crews. He is also directly
involved in project scheduling, subcontractor management, client relations and
coordination with the Engineer of Record on his projects. Mr. Gonzales is
bi-lingual. He has experience with all manufactures products, shoring, jacking,
expansion joint replacement, and concrete repairs.

Restruction Corporation Major Project Experience

Work included concrete removal and replacement on 300 level of the Diamond
Back’s Ball Park in Arizona. The new concrete was water proofed with a urethane
deck coating.

24- Hour Fitness Garage-
Installation of extra heavy duty traffic coating on double tee structure over
finished tenant space provided waterproofing to the repaired structure.

MARK A. JOHNSON - SHOP SUPERINTENDENT

Mr. Johnson is our Colorado Shop Superintendent and has been employed with
Restruction Corporation from 1991 to 1995 as a repair tech. presently he has
been with Restruction Corporation as Colorado Shop Superintendent since 2008. As
Shop Superintendent he is responsible for managing and maintaining Restruction
Corporation’s Vehicle Fleet, Tools and Equipment.

Certifications & Training:
OSHA 40 hr., First Aid, CPR, Rough Terrain and Counterbalanced Forklift
Certified, Aerial Lift and Scissor Lift certified, Confined Space, Lockout Tag
Out, Supported Scaffold Safety trained, Suspended Scaffold safety trained, Fall
Protection trained, Respirator Use trained, Competent Person trained, DOT HAZMAT
General Awareness/Familiarization Trained and IVES Defensive Driving Trained.

Major Work Experience:
From 1991-1995 Mr. Johnson was a repair tech for Restruction Corporation; he
worked on many projects including Fairview High School (Caulking precast panels,
epoxy injection), Cinderella City (Concrete Repair and some Structural Repair),
DIA (Concrete Repair and Epoxy Injection on runways).From 1995 to 2008 Mr.
Johnson worked in the rental business as a heavy equipment field service
mechanic, he worked on small equipment up to D9 dozers. Mr. Johnson is certified
on repairs with many different manufactures. In 2008 Mr. Johnson came back to
Restruction Corporation to take the Colorado Shop Superintendent position.

Some of the systems in place at Restruction Corporation that Mark manages are:

 * An inventory tracking system for our material, safety supplies and PPE.
 * Chemical storage and disposal compliance: this follows the guidelines laid
   out by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for chemical
   storage and disposal.
 * Equipment tracking system “Tool Tracker” which allows us to bill our jobs
   correctly, track the costs of our equipment and track our equipment
   inventory.
 * Vehicle and equipment maintenance program: all of our equipment is on a
   strict maintenance schedule including DOT certifications, registrations,
   safety inspections and service requirements.
 * Hands on employee equipment operator training which ensures our employees are
   qualified to operate our equipment safely.
