Sir Alex Ferguson had been advised to sign two legends from Real Madrid by
former Man United player Jordi Cruyff.  After having spent time in Spain while
he was on loan from United at Celta Vigo, Cruyff had been asked by Ferguson to
scout recommendations.




The Dutchman had urged the boss to go after two of his teammates from Celta at

Djokovic last week Friday.




British number one Norrie came into his first Wimbledon Open semifinal clash
with the aim of upsetting Serbian star Djokovic who was the overwhelming
favourite and has won the last three editions of the tournament. On his part,
Norrie had never gone past the third round stage. The home fans including Sir
Alex Ferguson were rooting for Norrie ahead of his last four clash with

Everton at home to make it two Premier League matches without a win at the
Theatre of Dreams following the 1-0 home defeat to Aston Villa in their
penultimate league game.
