Top service from the whole team at Transworld Wellington. We shipped a 20 ft
container from Singapore to New Zealand. Parvinder helped with a customs bond
and arranged to hold our container for several months before we arrived. And
then very quickly arranged for our gear to be delivered to our new home. The
team handling our delivery, and subsequent collection of packaging were equally
awesome. Fabulous service. Highly recommended in conjunction with APAC

Originally I was arranging to have my goods sent over from Sydney to Wellington.
The uplift was arranged for the 22nd December 2023. I was just contacted on
February 14th 2024 that the uplift did not happen, because I didn’t provide
enough details. I’m not sure why they promised the uplift or even tell me it
wasn’t going to happen if there wasn’t enough detail when I thanked them as per
our last correspondence of 2023 (yes I overlooked provision of some contact
details, but why did no one follow up with me when I was obviously very
responsive and only waited until February 14th to tell me it didn’t happen and
ask me for the details they needed?) I’m glad I followed my gut and dropped
them, they left me hanging and how can you trust a moving company that doesn’t
look after your best interests? I’m sorry to see my deposit go (because it can’t
be refunded 4 days before uplift, when we only discussed it last Friday —seems a
bit facetious to me). Anyways, I’ll rather lose it than go through! Best of luck
to anyone who contracts them. I’m glad I won’t be finding out further.

We moved from NZ to AU in November and the service was great. They picked up our
stuff within a few days after signing a contract and paying fees, it was very
urgent for us and they came at the right day and time and helped us move with
ease. The container arrived in 3 months due to protests of port workers, but all
in all I was pleased with the service, great communication with the company and
their partners , quick replies and guide on each step of the process.

Transworld recently assisted us with household moved from South Africa to
Christchurch New Zealand. I will 100% recommend them as from start to end we
were kept updated and the friendly, efficient team made the entire process so
easy without hassles. The delivery to our property was done in such a quick and

Work with Lauren was a great pleasure. She was extremity supportive and
comfortable to talk with, from the first time I asked information about the
delivery process and costs, during the long shipment process, where she was
always available for information and support, and up to the final delivery. The
shipment of goods overseas is a long process and it can be stressful. It is
important work with someone who understand it, and Lauren surely does.

Ref 225520. The NZ end of the company accepted our business knowing access to
our property was difficult. After our goods had landed, the Christchurch branch
stated they could not access our property as the road was problematic for their
container delivery. I explained I had forewarned them, but they suggested I hire
a vehicle and pick my goods up from a depot 40 kms away. I had paid for a door
to door delivery, unpacking and removal. The company could not care less and
refused to negotiate. So far my goods have been sat ‘somewhere’ and I feel they
are being held ransom to the company’s demands. A piss poor service, made worse
by an uncompromising response to a problem they knew about and accepted. I
would, under no circumstance, recommend this company.

No idea where they get all these review from. no communication since I paid the
full amount. Send several email and no reply at all. Been over a month since
they pick up my boxes and no any update or information at all. What a terrible

Another satisfied customer of Transworld's... Their ratings and reviews to date
are well-earnt and well-deserved. Firstly, a honourable mention goes to Dave
McIvor who has been navigating our move with us since the day Auckland was
locked down in Aug 2021! Thanks Dave. Comms are always great and on time, quotes
completed and sent for customer review - but with plenty of time to adjust by
both customer and Transworld, if needed. Quotes received so far have been
cost-effective, and they offer a range of tiered insurances for each customer's
needs. The guys packing and boxing this morning were equally professional -
taking care to ensure everything was collated, securely packed, logged and a
full inventory provided upon completion. We opted for a shared container as we
didn't need a full box (even a 20ft) The middle part of the journey is still a
little unknown as NZ shipping and logistics haven't yet returned to 'normal'
following COVID times. We would suggest you leave sufficient time for shipping -
Transworld can advise on current shipping times. We will update this review upon
completion of the journey, but we have no particular concerns that our effects
won't arrive in Brisbane in the same condition they left Auckland. Thanks,

I could not fault the professionalism of Transworld Removals. We were given a
quote from Mike and told that if the volume when packed was less than quoted
then we would be reimbursed that difference. That was the case and we thank you
for your honesty. The packers were excellent. Everything was wrapped to a very
high standard and their work ethic was second to none. They were friendly, very
helpful and professional. When we received our goods in Australia not one item
was cracked or broken. The transfer once in Australia was very smooth and
communication with OSS, the Australian removals company, was excellent. They
kept us informed at every stage of Customs Clearance etc. Everything was a very
smooth transition and trouble free experience. Thank you Mike, Karen and the

Transworld Removel is best service to moving stuffs from Auckland to Sydney.

came at our place was amazing and exactly know how to pack all the fragile items

(Andy, Neil and Louie) you sent us yesterday , they have been extremely
efficient , kind and concerned with our items and the polished floor of our
home. We have been so pleased and very impressed with the way they have take
care and wrapped the furniture, paintings, glasses…etc. I have admired their

very bad company service and experience with them. I tried to book for moving at
Nov 4, so I emailed them and asked for the cost price. I sending the package
image and location, just wanner to know for how much. They took till now 16 days
without any advice price. After I changed the plan not moving any more, I have
emailed them cancel the service. They called me that week by a lady said the
booking cancelled. Then this week, they called me 4 times from different staffs
asked me to explain why I am not moving anymore. Very bad experience. Do not use
them or give any information to them.

Transworld were an amazing resource to have on side during our move from NZ to
Austria. The team were quick to respond to any queries in the lead up, and knew
all the steps to take to make this a smooth transition. I felt confident
entrusting Transworld with the task of shipping out personal effects to the
other side of the planet. Their partners in Europe were similarly fantastic at
getting our things to our new front door and providing information as things
moved along. I have no hesitation in recommending Transworld as the people to go
to for whatever your logistical needs are. Big thanks to the team while I am

The personnels in charge of our account were Tim Sinclair and Colleen Share. Tim
was the main person and Colleen covered him when he was away. Tim was very
responsive and thorough in guiding us through what we needed to do to receive
our items with ease. Colleen was super friendly and warm - making us sure that
if we needed anything whilst Tim was away, she would be there to answer our
questions. Tim kept us updated about the progress of our shipment. Even though
the bad weather delayed the arrival, we were assured that Transworld Removals
Christchurch will do their best to take care of them. When we received the
shipment at our door step, the personnel was super friendly and helpful. He
loaded our items within minutes!

I used Transworld to ship my goods from New Zealand to Australia. The
communication was absolutely terrible and I got charged $400 NZD extra for the
use of a forklift which wasn't even necessary and not agreed on. They didn't
even want to take responsibility for there miscommunication at all. Overall I
can't recommend Transworld International Removals LTD at all because of there
horrible customer service. You better of looking for someone honest who are
actually keeping there part of the contract. Transworld Internationa Removals
LTD is a total rip-off.

the boxes myself and had a relatively small shipment I received great and

To anyone who is looking for a down to earth professional kiwi shipping company,
then I recommend Transworld 100%. From the very first contact with Lauren
Brooker to survey the consignment through to meeting Steve the Operations
Manager at the depot, I was treated as part of the process at all times. Lauren
is a direct, very personable and responsive operator. Everything she committed
