NEWBORN STEM CELLS ARE A POWERFUL RESOURCE.

HEALING POTENTIAL

Your baby's umbilical cord contains both cord blood and cord tissue, which are
rich sources of unique stem cells that have potential for healing.

TRANSPLANT OPTIONS

Cord blood stem cells have been used in more than 40,000 transplants around the
world to regenerate healthy blood and immune systems.106

CLINICAL TRIALS

Over 200 clinical trials have studied using cord tissue stem cells as a
treatment for conditions like Parkinson’s, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s.134

EXPLORE THE RIGHT SOLUTION FOR YOUR FAMILY.

CORD BLOOD ONLY

Gain access to a valuable source of newborn stem cells by preserving your baby's
cord blood. This life-changing resource includes hematopoietic stem cells
(HSCs), the building blocks of the blood and immune systems, which can treat
over 80 conditions like leukemia and sickle cell.

CORD BLOOD + TISSUE

Gain access to a greater amount of newborn stem cell types that have more
potential to heal your family by preserving both your baby's cord blood and
tissue. Cord tissue includes mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) — the most widely
researched stem cells in the field of regenerative medicine.

HEAR FROM THOSE THAT KNOW US BEST.

"NEWBORN STEM CELL PRESERVATION GAVE OUR SON A FUTURE."

Armené K., Sasoun's mom

Baby Sasoun was diagnosed with Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Syndrome
(SCID). This rare genetic disorder would most likely be fatal within the first
year or two of life unless Sasoun received an immune-restoring treatment. Meet
the incredible family and watch the story of Sasoun’s remarkable recovery made
possible by his older brother’s newborn stem cells.

"FOR ALL THE PARENTS OUT THERE CONSIDERING PRESERVING THEIR NEWBORN STEM CELLS,
I CAN'T STRESS HOW IMPORTANT IT IS… WE'RE SO HAPPY WE DID THIS."

Sarah Huber, Grace's mom

Grace was born with a condition called sensorineural hearing loss. Because her
parents preserved her newborn stem cells with CBR, she was connected to a
clinical trial through the Family Health Registry.

"YOU DON'T EXPECT THAT HEALTH ISSUES CAN HIT YOU LATER. BUT INVESTING IN NEWBORN
CELLS IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THOSE [THINGS] THAT GIVES YOU PEACE OF MIND."

Serge Motsnyy, Levi's dad

CBR connected Levi with a clinical trial studying cord blood in children with
autism. What Levi's parents saw over the course of the study was amazing. For
the first time in his life, Levi started speaking to his parents (and so much
more).

"WE HAVE FAITH THAT NO MATTER WHAT, THIS WILL IMPACT THE REST OF HER LIFE."

Jessica Holemon, Abigail's mom

When Jessica gave birth to her second daughter, Abigail, she banked her newborn
stem cells without knowing the health challenges that would lie ahead for her
family. Watch how the seemingly simple decision to preserve turned out to make a
big difference.

"WE WEREN'T MAKING ANY PROGRESS IN THERAPY... THEN WE WERE GIVEN THESE STEM
CELLS, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN WE STARTED TO SEE PROGRESS."

Rachel Fryar, Luke's mom

Luke was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 15 months old. Because his parents
preserved his cord blood at birth, Luke was able to participate in a Duke
University clinical trial. Now, due to his hard work and various therapies, Luke
enjoys playing sports with his friends.

The use of cord blood is determined by the treating physician and is influenced
by many factors, including the patient's medical condition, the characteristics
of the sample, and whether the cord blood should come from the patient or an
appropriately matched donor. Cord blood has established uses in transplant
medicine; however, its use in regenerative medicine is still being researched.
There is no guarantee that potential medical applications being studied in the
laboratory or clinical trials will become available.

Cord tissue use is still in early research stages, and there is no guarantee
that treatments using cord tissue will be available in the future. Cord tissue
is stored whole. Additional processing prior to use will be required to extract
and prepare any of the multiple cell types from cryopreserved cord tissue. Cbr
Systems, Inc.’s activities for New York State residents are limited to
collection of umbilical cord tissue and long-term storage of umbilical
cord–derived stem cells. Cbr Systems, Inc.’s possession of a New York State
license for such collection and long-term storage does not indicate approval or
endorsement of possible future uses or future suitability of these cells.

After the first-year fees, an annual storage charge (which are subject to
change) of $195 for cord blood banking or $390 for cord blood and tissue banking
maintains your account. Banking cord tissue only is $1,295 plus shipping and the
first year of storage. Prices are subject to change. Fees apply to single-birth,
US customers only. Cancellation fees may apply. All major credit cards are
accepted. For terms of prepaid storage plans, click here.

* Offer details: Plus annual storage fees (which are subject to change): Current
cord blood annual storage fee of $195 or cord blood and cord tissue annual
storage fee of $390. First year of storage will be charged at the time of birth
and will continue annually on your child’s birthday. Savings on processing fees:
$825 savings on cord blood preservation. $1,195 savings on preserving both cord
blood and tissue, with a bundle savings of $325 that is always applied when you
preserve both, for a total savings of $1,520. Discounts and bundle savings are
not available when only cord tissue is preserved. To redeem the promotion, you
must enroll between November 1, 2022 and November 30, 2022, and mention this
savings over the phone during enrollment or use the promo code for online
enrollments. One redemption per household. This offer cannot be combined with
other offers, discounts, promotions, or Afford-A-Cord payment plan. Enrollment
cancellations are subject to a $150 fee; full processing or preparation fees are
charged if cancellation is requested after the newborn stem cell unit(s) have
been stored.
