television and radio in Indonesia must of course also have to develop for mutual
progress. With so many media to enjoy entertainment and information, television
and radio are still the choice of some Indonesian people.Nevertheless,
television and radio are slowly being abandoned by the community because of
other mediums that are present in this industry. In the television industry
itself is being rivaled by a streaming platform that presents watching whenever
and wherever, it becomes one of the challenges of the television industry to
develop. The radio industry has also begun to compete with streaming platforms
capable of delivering any song anywhere for its users.TVRI, as a company in
Indonesia which is engaged in the television industry and is the first

Economy-wide and environmental benefits of green energy development in oil-rich
countries: evidence from azerbaijan
Ramil Huseyn

Azerbaijan, which is an oil/ gas-rich country, has been taking full advantage of
its energy potential and taking steps towards creating green energy and turning
it into an export. The Green Energy Corridor, in which Azerbaijan plays the main
role, aims to connect Azerbaijan with Europe in its first stage. In the second
stage, this corridor will connect Central Asia with Europe, which will involve
the laying of an electric cable under the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.This
will allow Azerbaijan and other Central Asian countries to export zero-carbon
electricity to the European market. If Azerbaijan is successful in this field, it
will not only serve the sustainability of the country's economy in the post-oil
era, but will also contribute to the reduction in carbon emissions, leading to
global benefits. The aim of this article is to assess the socioeconomic,
ecological, and political benefits of green energy deployment in Azerbaijan. An
economic cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted for selected green energy
projects (large-scale wind and solar power plants). We also argue that green
transition projects, which seem expensive and difficult to realise today, will
be justified in the near future.

Screening Cowpea Genotypes for Resistance to Cowpea Aphid Borne Mosaic Virus
(CABMV) and Cowpea Severe Mosaic Virus (CPSMV) in Paraguay
Arnaldo Esquivel Fariña

Background: Cowpea [Vigna unguiculata (L) Walp.] is one of the Paraguayan rural
families' main crops, serving as an essential protein and carbohydrate
source.Cowpea aphid borne mosaic virus (CABMV) and cowpea severe mosaic virus
(CPSMV) were identified infecting cowpea plants.Disease control caused by both
viruses is difficult because there is no information about local cowpea
resistant cultivars and vector control is not practical. Methods: In the present
work, sixteen cowpea genotypes/cultivars were mechanically inoculated with local
isolates of CABMV and CPSMV to identify resistant genotypes/cultivars that can
be used in breeding programs.Virus infections were determined by symptoms
expression and confirmed by PTA-ELISA.Result: Genotypes Arroz rojo
(V.angularis), TVu 379, TVu 382, TE94-256-2E and TE97-309G-9 were resistant to
CABMV.Genotypes Arroz rojo (V.angularis), CNCX-698-128F, TVu 379, TVu 382,
TVu-3961, TE97-309G-9 and TE97-309G-3 were resistant to CPSMV.Overall, this
study showed that local cowpea cultivars do not offer any resistance to virus
infection and the need for resistant germplasms for cowpea breeding programs in
the country.
Promoting integrity behaviour in family firms
Eko Suhartanto

As the family firms grow, they face the challenges of moral hazard and
nepotism. To overcome these challenges, family firms should instill integrity
values in their family members and employees so that they behave
ethically.Integrity strengthens employee effectiveness, loyalty, and ethical
behavior, leading to firm performance. This study investigates the emergence of
integrity behavior in employees of a family firm. The aim is to examine the
relationship between employees' attitudes, subjective norms, perceived
behavioral control (PBC), intention, and behavior toward integrity. The study was
conducted in an Indonesian public family firm operating as an interior
contractor and furniture manufacturer. This study analyzes 433 cases and found a
significant positive relationship among these variables.Interestingly, integrity
subjective norm is the strongest factor influencing integrity behavior, fully
mediated by integrity intention.Considering that integrity attitude should be
the most influential factor forming integrity behavior, this study suggests that
family firms design a selection process that can recruit candidates with an
integrity attitude.
An analysis of the agricultural subsidy policy in azerbaijan* azerbaycan'in
tarim sübvansiyon poli̇ti̇kasinin anali̇zi̇
Ramil Huseyn

Agriculture only accounts for 5.5% of GDP but is important to reduce poverty,
rural-urban migration and national food insecurity as 39 % of the country labour
force is employed in agriculture. As a result of impressive economic growth in
the previous decade due to the development of the oil sector, poverty rates
declined from 46% in 2002 to 6% in 2012.The average calorie intake decreased
initially in the 1990s, but has made significant recovery and now only 5% of the
population is estimated to be undernourished.Government is now giving priority
to non-oil sectors, including agriculture, to diversify economy and provide food
security. As we know food security exists when all people, at all times, have
physical and economic access to sufficient safe and nutritious food that meets
their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life.As we
can see from this approach of FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), the food
security of the country doesn't mean only to increase the local food
production. The main idea here is all the population needs to have access to food
that meets minimum standards for safety and health. The Government of Azerbaijan
wants to increase domestic production to achieve food self-sufficiency.That is
why Government subsidies crop and seed production, fertilizer, agricultural
machinery etc.One of main goals for * Bu makale Crosscheck sistemi tarafından

Determination of Wastewater Quality Index of Municipal Wastewater Treatment
Plant using Fuzzy Rule Base
Amit Dharnaik

Seasonal variation, storm water intrusion, ambient temperature etc. are the
factors which affects the waste water quality due to which it is difficult to
define the quality of wastewater.Wastewater Quality Index (WWQI) is a unit less
number ranging within 1 to 100 and able to indicate overall characteristic of
wastewater. This index helps to have a competent model to optimize the treatment
processes.Present work deals with determination of wastewater quality index
using fuzzy rule base approach.Three wastewater treatment plants were studied
for a span of a year.Characterization was carried out on the basis of
Temperature, Total dissolved solid (TDS), Suspended Solid (SS), Biological
oxygen demand (BOD), Chemical oxygen demand (COD), Phosphate, Chloride (Cl -),
pH Sampling and characterization was carried out as per APHA guideline.WWQI was
defined in the range of class 1 to class 5.
"The Next Frontier in Emotional Engineering: Merging Generative AI with
Emotional Intelligence"
Dr. Vilis Pawar

This paper investigates the emerging field of emotional engineering which takes
the form of the marriage between generative artificial intelligence (AI) and
emotional intelligence that is set to redefine the future of human-machine
collaboration. With the latest advances in AI having allowed for broad
understanding and generation of human-like emotional responses, this paper
illuminates the frameworks for creating systems that are capable of empathizing
with and responding to the emotions of human users that can be widely applied
across domains such as healthcare and customer service. The findings here
indicate that user experiences can be drastically improved through applications
such as those which allow for machines to accompany emotional intelligence, as
they can enable more empathetic interactions.Emotion AI isn't about having
"feelings" in the human sense -it's more about accurate and relevant emotional
interaction. There's no doubt "emotional engineering" will spawn gadgets that are
truly empathetic and not just intelligent, but it also raises large questions
about what happens now that we must account for emotions in our digital
interactions.
Design of Grid Forming Inverter for Integration of Large-Scale Wind Farm in Weak
Grid
RONY AHMED KHAN

The current Australian electricity networks are being augmented with large
numbers of inexhaustible renewable energy resources (inverter-based asynchronous
generators). This integration is weakening (low inertia and system strength) the
national electricity grid due to the lack of synchronous generations.A weaker
grid often causes lowfrequency oscillations, and voltage instability, and
hampers voltage ride-through capabilities of renewable resource-based
asynchronous generators.Synchronous Condensers (SC) can eventually overcome
these limitations of weaker grids. However, the SC is not favorable to the power
plant developers due to its higher capital and operating costs, longer lead time
(at least 2 years), transportation complexities to the remote wind/solar farm
locations and no opportunities for revenue structuring. Therefore, Grid Forming
(GFM) inverter technologies are becoming popular for overcoming the complexities
of renewable energy resources integrations into weaker grids. This paper presents
the dynamic performance of a GFM inverter for integrating a large-scale wind
farm in a weak grid.A 100 MW wind farm with a 25 MVA GFM inverter has been
developed in PSCAD/EMTDC environment. The effectiveness of the proposed system
has been verified through the simulation results under different test
conditions.Keywords-type-4 wind turbines, grid forming inverter, weak grid,
fault analysis, voltage ride through.
Investigation on the adjusting compression ratio and injection timing for a DI

Milon Selvam Dennison

In this investigation, Jatropha methyl ester (JME) [JME 20% (volume) + diesel
80% (volume)] was used to adjust the engine's compression ratio (CR 16,17,
17.5,and 18) and fuel injection (IT) in the range of 21-25 deg.crank angle (CA)
in steps of 2 deg.before top dead center (BTDC), to identify emission profiles
of the engine, where the standard CR and IT were 17.5 and 23 deg.CA BTDC.The
results reveal that the CO and UHC were obtained to be as low as 0.03% vol at
75% load, CR18, and IT25, and 5 ppm at full load, CR18, and IT25
respectively. The NO x emission rallied from as low as 47 ppm at no load to as
high as 1179 ppm at full load, IT of 25, and CR of 18. Whereas the NO x for
diesel was 1108 ppm at full load with standard engine operation. The smoke was
about 22.1% with CR18 and IT25 for JME20.However, at standard CR and IT for
JME20, the smoke was 34.6%.Elevated CR of 18 and advanced IT of 25 are superior

Assessment Of Vibration and Noise Levels Generated in The Steps Involved in The
Mechanized Rice Processing Operations
Adinife Patrick Azodo

Mechanization of rice processing to improve quality and quantity involves the
use of machines that emit noise and vibrations, the intensity of which can be
determined by measuring instruments to ensure a safe working environment. In this
study, the noise and vibration generated in seven mechanized rice processing
operations, including cleaning, steaming, drying, grinding, separating,
destoning, and polishing, in a rice factory were evaluated for the risk analysis
of workers' exposure severity in the work environment. The instruments used for
data collection were a tape measure, a stopwatch (model XL-013), a sound level
meter (SLM-25), and a vibration meter (WT 63A).The results showed that the steam
processing operation has the highest idle (85.2 0.15 dBA) and production noise
levels (88.5 0.92 dBA).During milling, the idle noise level is lowest (76.20
0.17 dBA), while during polishing the production noise level is lowest at 78.53

(m/s)), while milling was the lowest (2.40 × 0.24 (m/s)).An analysis of variance
test comparing the noise and vibration of the mechanized processing operations
in a rice processing plant showed that the noise and vibration emitted were
characteristics of the machine and the process involved and were significantly
different (p < 0.05).The results showed that workers are at risk as the measured
noise and vibration levels exceeded the allowable limit.Safety measures such as
reducing workers' working hours and using personal protective equipment are
encouraged.
Analyzing the affordable dimensions for restricting the division of agricultural
land: the case of azerbaijan
Ramil Huseyn
31 Mar 2024
Applying restrictions to the division of agricultural land parcels can
potentially prevent fragmentation and ensure the efficient use of land.To
achieve effective regulation indicators that are justified as targets in
evaluating the appropriate dimensions of the plots covered by the legislation
need to be defined. This article examines the issues involved in determining the
size of land plots that are subject to restrictions, based on efficiency
criteria and the necessity to ensure the viability of farms per the goals set
for their regulation. To evaluate the size of the areas, it is proposed to use
the minimum level of the reference income indicator, which determines the
viability of the farm. The authors have prepared formulas for calculating
guidelines for the size of the subdivided land areas using the average level of
wages in the agricultural sector and the amount of income necessary to meet
minimum needs as the basis for the reference income.Using these formulas, the
corresponding target indicators, differentiated by regions are calculated, and
advanced proposals are made for their application.
A Bottom-Up Capsule Network for Hierarchical Image Classification
KT Noor

Hierarchical image classification is an arduous task in deep learning and
computer vision. It requires classifying multiple image classes following a
taxonomy or data hierarchy. This paper introduces a bottom-up hierarchical
capsule network (BUH-CapsNet) designed to address hierarchical multi-label
classification. The hierarchical structure of BUH-CapsNet allows it to build a
tree-like structure for classification problems, making use of the data
hierarchy. This structure enables the network to learn more complex relationships
in the taxonomy by balancing the hierarchical levels and following the
fine-to-coarse paradigm, leading to more accurate classification
results.Furthermore, the bottom-up architecture of the BUH-CapsNet enforces
hierarchical consistency, using the hierarchical structure of the datasets. We
trained our BUH-CapsNet considering the hierarchical level weights that keep a
balance between the levels.Experiments on six widely available datasets show
that BUH-CapsNet achieves better results than existing multi-label
classification methods and performs better when handling hierarchical labels.
Innovation management model to improve corporate innovation performance
Eko Suhartanto

Entering the industrial era 4.0, technology continues to develop and is used to
improve company performance. This emphasizes the occurrence of disruption between
companies which is mainly driven using this technology.Previous studies have
emphasized the importance of innovation to overcome this condition.Astra Group
as one of the conglomerate groups in Indonesia has understood and implemented
this consistently and persistently. For this reason, the innovation management
model in this group is important to be investigated further to provide
understanding and scientific contributions related to innovation management in
corporations. From the literature, at least three important factors were found in
the management of innovation, namely 1) managerial capabilities, 2) adhocracy
culture, and 3) knowledge sharing on innovation capabilities and performance in
this group. The findings may contribute to an opportunity for researchers to
confirm this model in future research.

potentiality. The ability to give the option for personalized marketing and,
therefore, tailored offerings based on the likings of the masses, the ethical
considerations in data usage, and critical challenges are ensuring access into
the Metaverse is fair.Effective marketing in the Metaverse is about creating
compelling content and fostering a sense of community among users. It can be
claimed that the Metaverse allows marketers to alter their paradigms in tangling
with customers.Through transparent integration with immersion, customization,
and community, brands can express themselves online and connect with their
audiences more effectively. But this new digital land must be tamed strategically
and ethically.Using the Metaverse Thoughtfully and creatively will set the
future of digital marketing.
Proposing Innovation Management Model in Large Corporation
Eko Suhartanto

When business enters industry 4.0 era, emerging technologies are evolving and
utilized to promote business performance. This signifies disruption among
companies especially in large corporations due to its stiffness and slowness in
response while startups or small companies are prone to response
quickly.Previous studies suggests innovation to overcome this condition so that
those large corporation could still enhance its performance in this industry
era. Thus, several studies of them have been considered to propose an Innovation
Management Model in Large Corporation. The result shows that in order to promote
business performance, there are several factors needed to be considered such as:
1) Leadership, 2) Culture, 3) Support, 4) Innovation Process and 5) Business
Performance. This study offers an interesting innovation management model to
achieve business performance. This model consists of prementioned five
components. From the proposal, business performance in large corporations is
driven by innovation process.Meanwhile, in promoting this process, those large
corporations need to promote leadership and culture. This model also suggests
support for accelerating the process. This finding and contribution may give an
opportunity for researchers to test the model for their future research.

Can Chirality Answer Whether We Are Alone?
Gintautas Bagdziunas

Detecting biosignatures of life in extraterrestrial environments remains one of
the primary objectives of scientific inquiry.Currently, both remote and direct
detection methods are primarily aimed at identifying key molecular classes
fundamental to terrestrial biology. However, a more universally applicable
spectroscopic approach could involve searching for homochiral molecules. Thus,
this perspective delves into the significance of homochirality as a critical
factor in the origin of life.Without homochirality, the formation of
self-recognizing and self-replicating complex molecules would be hindered. The
various hypotheses concerning the origin of homochiral molecules have been
explored and analyzed within this context. This perspective emphasizes the
potential for discovering extraterrestrial microscopic life through the
detection of homochiral molecules using chirodetecting methods such as
chromatography and chiroptical spectroscopy or circular polarimetry as a
promising remote technique. This discussion highlights the importance of
homochirality in the broader search for life beyond Earth and underscores the
need for innovative methodologies and instrumentation in astrobiological
research. These techniques can be an effective method for detecting homochirality
on future planetary missions.

Time-efficient low-resolution RGB aerial imaging for precision mapping of weed
types in site-specific herbicide application
Khwantri Saengprachatanarug
10 Jun 2024
An efficient method for weed detection and the precise generation of spraying
maps is crucial to optimizing weed management strategies and minimizing the
costs associated with herbicide use. This study presents a method that leverages
low-resolution UAV images to accurately detect and map weeds in sugarcane
fields. The proposed approach integrates RGB images, vegetation indices and the
HSV colour space, enhancing segmentation through histogram equalization (HE) and
object-based image analysis (OBIA).The models developed in this study
demonstrate exceptional performance in weed detection, with the most suitable
dataset, achieving a detection capability of 95.78% for Broad-leaved Weeds (BLW)
and the highest accuracy of 94.45% for Narrow-leaved Weeds (NLW).When
considering multiple targets such as BLW, NLW, soil and sugarcane, the models
exhibit a detection accuracy of 89.69%.Furthermore, the precision spraying maps
generated by the coverage model method (CM) demonstrate remarkable accuracy,
reaching 97.50% for weed control using agricultural drones. This method offers an
efficient, cost-effective, and timely solution for precise weed detection,
leading to improved weed control outcomes by enabling the selection of
appropriate chemical substances tailored to each weed species. It reduces
repetitive spraying costs and minimises chemical usage through spot spraying.

Uncovering Students' Higher Education Institutions Selection: An Investigation
Using Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis
Pravin P Chavan

Several factors influence student selection of Higher Education Institutions
(HEIs).In recent years, students' decision-making criteria have evolved beyond
traditional factors. This study explored the factors influencing students'
choices of HEI.Exploratory factor analysis revealed eight significant factors
that influenced HEI choices. The factors are 'Enrolment Value Optimization'
(EVO), 'External Psychic Influence' (EPI), 'Internal Psychic Influence' (IPI),
'Academic Infrastructure Influence' (AII), 'Internal Financial Influence' (IFI),
'Pedagogical Aspects' (PEA), 'Objective Based Educational' (OBE) and
'Choice-Based Credit System'(CBCS).Further, based on the importance given to
various factors, students are classified into five significant clusters:
'Comprehensive Benefit Seekers', 'Scholars', 'Balanced Learners', 'Holistic
Students', and 'Undecided Learners'.These findings provide insights for HEIs to
align their offerings with student priorities and to develop targeted marketing
strategies.Understanding student decision criteria enables HEIs to address the
concerns that influence student satisfaction and performance. The study's
findings could benefit institutions worldwide, provided they are appropriately
adapted to the cultural context.

International Journal of Energy Economics and Policy
Ramil Huseyn

Azerbaijan, a nation with abundant petroleum resources, aspires to harness the
untapped potential of the Caspian Sea's renewable energy resources. The aim for
the immediate future is to meet not only domestic energy requirements, but also
to establish the nation as a green energy exporter. The nation expects to develop
power installations utilizing renewable energy over the forthcoming decades to
satisfy a portion of its domestic consumption and also cater to the European
market. As part of this colossal project, Azerbaijan anticipates collaborating
with international partners to install a 4-gigawatt (GW) power cable traversing
the seabed of the Black Sea.The successful realization of these ambitious
projects would bolster Azerbaijan's economic sustainability during its
post-petroleum phase, while simultaneously enabling a reduction in carbon
emissions, offering regional and global benefits. This manuscript seeks to probe
the multidimensional implications-political, economic, sociocultural and
environmental-of this shift towards wind-derived green energy for Azerbaijan and
other nations in the region.

This is perfect for a layman to scientific information like me. Especially with
so much misinformation floating around nowadays, this is great for understanding
studies or research others may have misrepresented on purpose or by accident.

I absolutely adore this product. It's been years since I was in a lab but, I
plugged in a study I did way back when and this gets everything right.
Equations, hypotheses, and methodologies will be game changers for graduate
studies (the current education system severely limits comprehension while
encouraging interconnectivity between streams). But, early learners would be
able to discover so many papers through this as well. In short, love it

SciSpace, is a website where you can easily conduct research. Its most notable
feature, in my opinion, is the presence of a #ai-powered copilot which can
#simplify and explain any text you highlight in the paper you're reading.
#citations and related papers are easily accessible with each paper.

It´s not only the saved time. Reading scientific literature, specially if you
are not an expert in the field is a very attention-intensive process. It´s not a
task you can maintain for long periods of time. Having them not just smartly
summarised but being able to get meaningful answers is a game-changer for a
science journalist

Upload your pdf and highlight the sections you want to understand. It simplifies
those complicated sections of the article in a jiffy. It is not rocket science,
but it is always welcome if someone explains the big terms in simpler words.
