beautiful people of Miami will be posh for the Crypto-Gala event at Le Rouge.

prizes for the best-dressed. Each sponsor ticket sold will generate an NFT that
you will be able to keep, trade, and collect.

BITCOIN CONFERENCE

Bitcoin 2021 was a two-day conference in Miami's upcoming Wynwood neighborhood
that attracted 12,000 attendees in what was advertised as not only the largest
Bitcoin conference in history but one of the biggest public gatherings in the
U.S. since Covid-19. Among speakers were Michael Saylor (the person who
convinced Elon Musk to buy BTC), Jack Dorsey (Twitter CEO at that time), Kevin
O’Leary, and other top names. During the 2021 Art Basel, the market was promoted
with an event called NFT BZL where mayor Francis declared Miami the “NFT Capital
of the World”. Bitcoin 2022 promises to be an even bigger success.


INSPIRING GIRLS TO CODE

Code/Art is a non-profit whose mission is to increase the number of girls
studying computer science by engaging and inspiring them with the creative
possibilities of computer programming. This non-profit organization strives to
put young women, particularly young women from underrepresented racial and
ethnic groups, on track for future tech careers by providing welcoming early
coding programs that focus on art, creativity and social good. Check their

THE NFT REVOLUTION

Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) empower creatives with a new business model and give
consumers the ability to own assets on the internet. In 2021, NFTs impacted
visual art, gaming, photography, music, and fashion. The NFT market exploded in
2021 with $31.4B total in total market cap.


NFT TICKETS

NFT tickets will disrupt the ticketing industry. With each ticket sale to our
event Crypto Gala will create an NFT that will be our secondary proof of sale
allowing access the event. NFTs are already becoming marketing tools for
companies, and there is a growing trend for all events to start using NFTs as
tickets – sports tickets, concerts tickets, gala tickets, etc. The use of NFTs
for ticketing will create a history of where that crypto user has been, giving
us all a record of our memorable events. People can keep their tickets in their
wallets. Beyond sentimental value, they serve as a social currency for the
events they attend. If they attended a legendary event, they could sell that
ticket on the secondary market.
