Meet Autumn Hight, the creative force behind The Balloonista. Since 2020, Autumn
has been bringing joy and magic to the Greater Hickory, Morganton, and Lenoir NC
areas with her passion for balloon artistry.

Autumn is a passionate balloon artist who has a keen eye for trends and strives
for excellence in everything she does. To stay ahead of the curve, she attends
workshops with industry leaders, ensuring that every event she works on is
nothing short of spectacular. She also partners with other small businesses in
the area to make unforgettable balloon art, providing only the most luxurious
balloon services for you.

* OUR STORY

Once upon a time in the magical land of 2020, a friend and local business
owner of Autumn was all set to celebrate their grand reopening after moving
to a new location, but alas, they couldn't find a local balloon company. In
Autumn’s quest to find the perfect balloon decorations, she stumbled upon a
DIY kit from a certain online retailer who shall remain nameless (hint: it
starts with an "A” and ends with a "mazon"). But this was no ordinary DIY
kit, oh no! It was the spark that ignited the creation of
The Balloonista —think fashionista, but with balloons!

As fate would have it, Covid-19 hit and the world went into lockdown. But
that didn't stop people from finding new and creative ways to celebrate
milestones and special occasions.

The Balloonista was there to spread joy and happiness with drive-by birthday
celebrations, baby showers, and even drive-by 5th-grade graduation
decorations for Autumn's daughter.

Autumn has honed her craft. Through collaboration with industry mentors,
networking with established balloon businesses, and attending online
trainings, she ensures that The Balloonista remains at the forefront of event
design in the Hickory area.

GRAB-N-GO FAQ

* Will the Grab-N-Go Garland fit in my car once I pick it up?

These custom, 7 feet long garlands can fit in the backseat of most 4-door
cars, SUV’s, and minivans.

* Can you help me install this?

Due to the to-go nature of these smaller garlands, we do not offer
professional installation. These Grab-N-Go Garlands are self-install only.
They are completely assembled and ready to go with all the supplies included
in the $75 price to make the process that much easier.

* Where do I pick up my Grab-N-Go Garland?

Convenient pick-up location in Downtown Hickory; no delivery available for
the Grab-N-Go’s. We will send you the address for pick up once your order is
ready.

NOT SURE WHAT SIZE YOU NEED?

We are here to help you choose the ideal balloon decorations for your event. Our
skilled team listens to your ideas to deliver custom results that surpass your
expectations. Below are a few things to consider when determining what size you
will need.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

1. LOCATION
Where would you like your balloon decor to be located or installed at? For
example, let’s say you want it to be placed around your fireplace in your
living room. You would need to measure the length of the mantle, and the
space from the floor up to the top of the mantle. This could make an 11 foot
balloon arch that goes from the floor up and across the mantle.

2. BACKDROPS
How do you want the balloons arranged? Let’s say you want to have the
balloons placed on each side of an 8 foot tall backdrop cloth for
photographs. Our team would have determined that two 8 foot balloon columns
will be needed to place on each side of the backdrop.

3. SPACE
Tight on space? We think that our Grab-N-Go Garlands will be the perfect fit
for small spaces!

* When will I hear back from you after submitting a "Book Now" form?

Please allow us 48 hours to get back to you, especially on weekends when
we're usually busy with balloon installations. All our email responses will
come from Honeybook, so don't forget to check your Junk/Spam folder as well!

* What are your hours of operation?

Monday: CLOSED

Tuesday - Thursday: Available to respond to emails and messages

Friday - Sunday: Limited availability due to installing orders.

* What is your service area for custom balloon installation?

Our general service area is the Greater Hickory, Lenoir, Morganton, and the
High Country of North Carolina. Not sure if your within our area? Just ask us
and we will be happy to let you know!
