APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER 2025 AVAILABLE NOW! SUMMER INTERN HOUSING AT CAMPUS TOWN Beyond your typical Student Housing. Campus Town at The College of New Jersey offers a short-term housing program for students from colleges and universities coming to the New Jersey area for internships related to their degree programs in the Summer. Campus Town Apartments are fully furnished! We have one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments here. Private bedrooms, full kitchens, semi private or private bathrooms, living room and dining room, and in-unit washer and dryer. Each resident is on their own individual lease. One parking spot in our gated lot is included with your lease. Resident must bring linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. -- please see below for accommodation overview! FLOOR PLANS / RATES RATES FOR SUMMER 2025 We are not set up for hotel stays nor short stays. Required stay is a minimum of 30 stays or more. Please note that a $50.00 Summer Admin Fee will be posted on your account at the same time your summer rent is posted. Both Admin Fee and Summer Rent must be paid prior to your move-in. *CLICK TO SEE FLOOR PLAN* STUDIO / ONE BEDROOM $50.00 per night per Intern This one bedroom suite offers individual privacy with a fully furnished living room, full sized bed, separate bathroom, and in-room washer & dryer. *CLICK TO SEE FLOOR PLAN* TWO BEDROOM $45.00 per night per Intern Offering each occupant a private bedroom with full-sized bed, private bathroom, full kitchen, living area, and in-room washer & dryer. *CLICK TO SEE FLOOR PLAN* FOUR BEDROOM $42.00 per night per Intern The most cost effective way to live. A private bedroom with full size bed. Two bathrooms and two people share a single full bath. ACCOMMODATION OVERVIEW Campus Town Apartment Living Campus Town Apartments are available from late May through early August. Modern, three and four-story (with elevator) apartment buildings with air conditioning and fully furnished rooms. We are located right next to The College of New Jersey campus, and there is easy access to major highways and train stations accessing New York and Center City Philadelphia. Interns are assigned one per bedroom. Campus Town Leasing Office will assign some or all remaining bedrooms in the apartment to other interns. Roommate Requests can be made during the application process. Campus Town will make every effort to honor any mutual roommate requests, but it is not guaranteed. Apartments include one, two, and four private bedrooms. One double bed per bedroom with either a private or semi-private full bath with vanity sinks. A furnished living and dining area with full kitchen (no cookware, dishes, and utensils) **Only one person per bedroom Internet: Wireless Internet is FREE to all guests Cable TV: Access is FREE, but BYOTV and coaxial cable (TV must be equipped with QAM digital tuner and coax cable input) along with any other electronics. Bed: All our beds are Full-Size. Interns must provide their own bed linen, blanket, pillows, and towels. Kitchen Supplies: Interns must provide their own utensils, pots and pans, dishes, paper goods, etc. Accountability: Each intern is jointly and severely responsible for the condition of their apartment.
