We are a microbrand based in the USA. Each watch is assembled by hand in
California by our small team of watch nerds. To focus on our build quality, we
can only make a very limited number of watches per week. This is why we often
run out of stock. If a watch model shows sold out, we will allow pre-orders
indicating when the model will be ready to ship out (based on build time and
quality control estimates).
Durable & reliable Seiko movements

Our watches are built with the super popular Japanese movements from Seiko: VK63
for the Chronographs, NH34 for the GMT models and NH35 for the Divers. Many
microbrands use these movements, as they are sturdy, easy to service and very
accurate.
Luxury parts & components with 2 years warranty

We stand by our watches because we use high quality materials throughout: 316
Stainless Steel on the case, Ceramic Bezels (unless specified otherwise),
Sapphire Crystal Glass (except on the Vintage No Date model) and 100M Water
Resistance. All watches carry a 2 years warranty.

Since 1976, our watch collecting community has found that nobody reads the about
section anymore. So we are going to go on a bit of a looney rant about penguins.
If you want to read more about us, skip to the next paragraph. Penguins have a
life expectancy of twenty years, and they also need to relieve themselves every
twenty minutes. So it got us thinking: is there a correlation between the two?
The longer you wait to go: the longer you live? There is only one way to find
out, and for that you are going to need an accurate and reliable watch to keep
track of your bathroom trips throughout your life journey. We haven't been very
consistent in keeping track of that data to support this theory yet. Relax
watches are built by us, a small group of watch nerds here in California. We
have been collecting watches for 15+ years. We love luxury watches and own many,
but throughout our collecting journey something felt amiss. We got a bit bored
of how watches always kinda say the same things on their dials (and frustrated
by how you get played by the ADs nowadays...). So we decided to make fun of this
very serious watch world and allow you, fellow watch enthusiast or collector, to
join in the joke if you like it. Our products are custom built parodies and are
obviously not affiliated with any Swiss watch brands.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

EASY 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY! If you don't like your watch for any reason, or want
to try a few models to decide which one to keep: we will be happy to assist you
with a smooth experience! To return an item, please contact our Customer Support
Team by emailing us at hello@relaxwatchshop.com with your order number. One of
our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 2 business days
with instructions on how to return the watch. We provide free return labels for
returns in the US. We do not offer free return shipping labels for international
returns. You will get a full watch refund as long as the piece is: - Unworn and
unused with no scratches - In its original packaging supplied with the purchase.
You will be issued a return authorization number which must be enclosed within
the shipment that will be sent back. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not
take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping and will not
bear the cost of the return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or
defective product.
