ZEEKR DIAMOND LEAGUE TICKET GIVEAWAY

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, agents, and affiliates of Zeekr, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must comment on the specified social media post, tagging the person they would like to take to the game and the relevant event/city (Oslo, Stockholm, Paris or Monaco). Both parties need to follow @Zeekr_Europe on the relevant social media platform.

Entries must be received 3 days before the actual event.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries 3 days before each Diamond League game on the same social media platform where the giveaway was posted.

On the same social media platform where the giveaway was posted, it will be announced that the winners were selected and contacted.

Zeekr will contact winners via direct message (DM) on the relevant social media platform they entered on. Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Zeekr reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize

Each winner will receive two tickets to the Diamond League event in the specified city: Oslo, Stockholm, Paris, or Monaco.

The value of the prize is approximately EUR 250, depending on the location of the event. A minimum of 2 tickets will be given away for each prize announced. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.

The winning participant and its nominated person shall comply with the terms and conditions in relation to the prize as provided and made available by Diamond League and/or its partners.

General Conditions

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the winner is contacted, the person nominated by the winner will be contacted to confirm agreement.

Privacy

Zeekr reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or engages in any fraudulent activity.

Zeekr reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without notice, for any reason.

Personal data collected in connection with this giveaway will be used in accordance with Zeekr’s privacy policy available on www.zeekr.eu.

Limitation of Liability

Zeekr and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications.

By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Zeekr and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prize.

Governing Law

This giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
