MEET THE TEAM

Established in 2020, our Co-Founders sought to create a company that not only
fills jobs, but changes lives. Meet our dedicated team of professionals who work
hard to build long-lasting relationships, as well as provide top-notch services
to all our clients. 

ADAM PLIMPTON
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER 
TEAM LEAD - EQUIPMENT LEASING/FINANCING

Adam Plimpton leads the company’s Equipment Leasing and Financing division. His
strong background in recruiting, sales, and human resources has allowed him to
excel in the industry. With several years of experience in Recruiting, Adam has
a deep understanding of how to manage the process, helping both his clients and
candidates succeed.

Apart from his day job, Adam has volunteered with many nonprofit organizations,
such as School on Wheels and serving as a board member for Habitat for Humanity
in Southern California. He strongly believes in helping others and serving the
community.

In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs. He
also loves boating, traveling, and relaxing in his small lake community in
Western CT. Adam recently relocated to Fort Lauderdale, FL to open East Bay
Talent's second location!

KRISTJANO DARDHA
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
TEAM LEAD - COMMERCIAL BANKING & FINANCE

Kristjano is an experienced executive search professional adept at locating
talent across a variety of industries and functions. He has a deep research
background and superb skills in identifying top financials professionals. 

During his previous tenures, Kristjano was a top revenue producer in multiple
firms, achieving a reputation as one of the "go to" recruiters in the area.
Additionally, Kristjano has helped build out top performing recruiting teams in
his career. 

Kristjano graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Albany
with a Bachelors in Finance and Marketing. He currently resides in the New York
City Metro Area, and in his free time you can find him on the golf course or the
ski slopes. He highly enjoys working with people and is a strong believer in
positive psychology.

Jeni Ford

Vice President & Team Lead - Fintech

Jeni leads the company’s FinTech division. Her strong background in sales,
management, recruiting, and technology startups has allowed her to develop and
expand East Bay Talent’s verticals quickly. With her deep knowledge of strategic
sourcing, Jeni has been able to help her clients and candidates on a
micro-level.

In addition to her day-to-day, Jeni is a published columnist for the Columbus
Metropreneur and helps raise funds for Wayward Cat Animal Welfare. She also
enjoys sports, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her family in
Columbus, OH. Jeni graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fisher College of Business at
The Ohio State University.
