GREAT MATTRESS!

We have slept on this mattress for a month and both find it very
comfortable. I sleep on my stomach and side, my husband sleeps on back and
side - we both like the support and haven't had any aches or pains. My
husband sleeps hot and did not like our previous foam mattress but the
Casper does not sleep hot at all.

I usually like a softer mattress and my husband like firm. You don't sink
into it as much as other memory foams so it took me a week to get used to
it, but now I love the comfort and support. We had the other highly rated
foam mattress from Costco previously but like this one so much better. I
would recommend the Casper.

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

I purchased this to hopefully satisfy both my wife and I. My wife was very
focused on a super soft mattress and I leaned to more of a supportive
mattress. We are roughly a month into sleeping on the Casper mattress and we
are both very happy thus far. While it is on the firm side of things, my
wife is sleeping through the night with no hip pain or numbness that she was
struggling with on our old mattress. I find it both supportive and very
comfortable. So far, over heating has not been an issue like we experienced
with other memory foam toppers we had tried. All in all, we are very happy
thus far and feel it is a great value from Costco.

EASY SET UP, COMFORTABLE, BUT SMELLS FOR A WHILE

I've had this mattress for about a month and the chemical smell is finally
dissipating. Overall it is a comfortable mattress and is firm with a little
give to it. I typically am hot when I sleep and find it to be very warm to
sleep on so I don't even use a heavy blanket with it anymore. It unrolls
easily but the off-gassing is really overwhelming and lasts a while. Just
don't expect to use the mattress right away once its delivered. I left mine
in a room by itself with the door closed, the windows open and fans on for
about 3 days before the smell went down. Even after that, when you got close
to it the smell still lingered for a few weeks.

SUPER COMFY, BUT THE SMELL STAYED A LITTLE LONGER

The comfort is excellent if this all you need to know! We sleep very well on
this mattress. It took us a little while to get used to it, coming from a
spring type mattress. The only thing is that it took a lot longer to get rid
off the smell! On some reviews we read that after a couple of days it was
gone; well not for us. It took in fact a couple of weeks. We aerated the
mattress, strip the sheets, placed it vertically in front of the open window
hoping it would "wash" away. And it did. Not that the smell was killing us,
but it was there. So, be prepared. but the comfort is awesome. No backache,
sound nights and comfort in all positions. Loving it!

GOOD MATRASS, BUT THE SMELL STAYS A WHILE

I had this mattress 48 hours airing out in my garage, I washed the top
cover, I added a protective cover for the mattress, and the smell is still
there.
If you want to know what the smell is like, spray some WD-40 on your
mattress and you get a new Casper mattress smell.
If you put your face into the mattress, you will definitely notice it.
Even now, I wake up and have that smell on my pajamas. It is getting less
and less noticeable, but still there.

I do like how this mattress feels.
Sleeping on your Back is really the best way to sleep on this mattress. Side
sleeping puts too much pressure on the shoulder. Stomach sleeping is okay.

GREAT QUALITY BUT TOO FIRM

We selected the Casper after significant online research and reading
reviews.
The mattress arrived quickly and was easy to get out of the box and came to
life on our King size box spring set very quickly. The top quilt was clearly
of high quality and there was no transfer of depression in the mattress with
two people on it.

However, both my wife and I found it a bit too firm to sleep on,
particularly when sleeping out our sides.

I should stipulate that we are in our 70's and do not handle a firm mattress
as well as we did years ago.

After several nights we decided to return it and look for a softer (more
plush) mattress.

GREAT BUY

We replaced a Serta memory foam mattress that was less than 5 years old with
this. It is MUCH MUCH more comfortable. I am petite and my husband is tall
and about 100 lbs heavier so finding something that we both liked was a tall
order. He loves the mattress and we both are not having the issues we had on
the other mattress like limbs falling asleep and sore hips. I am able to
sleep on my stomach, side or back comfortably. Very happy with the price and
Costco quick delivery. Only negative is we wish they offered haul away of
the old mattress. But for the price, we can take it! The foam smell did take
about a week to go away completely.

A LIFE CHANGING MATTRESS

It's been about a month since I got this Casper mattress, and all I can say
is I haven't slept this well since I was a baby. This mattress is like the
perfect cloud. I prefer firm mattresses, while my partner prefers things a
little softer. I find the Casper is the perfect compromise. It's not too
firm but not too soft either. The only drawback I would say is the smell of
the mattress does linger for a while. Casper says it's ready to use once you
take it out of the bag, but I feel like I should have let it air out for a
week before putting sheets on it. I can still smell an odor coming from the
mattress. It is not overwhelming or bad, it just lingers.
