Frank is a superstar!
If any of my friends and family need a realtor, I would recommend him in a
heartbeat. Through the entire selling and buying process, we really felt that he

The search for our new home was very long, exhausting and even upsetting at time
as the market was just too hot. There were many moments we felt frustrated with
the whole real estate market as the prices were sky high and supply was at all

It was such a pleasure working with Frank. He was always available to answer my
questions and was very professional. After being in my home for over 25 years, I
really did not know what price to list at. Frank did his homework and provided
me with all the comparables in my neighbourhood. We went over them together and
came up with a listing price. Frank gave me advice on small things I could do to
get my house ready (re-arrange some furniture, paint one bathroom etc.) and then
came in and did the rest. The staging was unbelievable. I almost didn't want to
move, but there was no time to change my mind because my house sold in 1 day! I

Frank had been our neighbour in the Erin Woods area for almost 20 years so we
knew him well and knew that he was an expert on the area we were moving out of.
He was extremely responsive to our needs and listened to us. We collaborated on
a process to list and stage our home, with clear responsibilities on us to get
the house ready for sale. The staging was beautiful and I am confident that the
staging was a key differentiating factor to our quick sale. The house was listed
on a Tuesday, with Frank's agent open house the same day, and we had offers in
hand within 24 hours. By the Thursday (2 days later), the house was SOLD. It was
such a relief because we weren't confident we would sell before winter came
(this was late October). We then worked with Frank to find a house that met our
needs. Again, he was flexible in the purchasing process and helped us get the
house we wanted in a competitive situation. Frank is an absolute pleasure to

Frank Plesa was hired by John McGlashan to sell his house at 2705 Burnford

came to John’s home and showed him a number of ways he could improve the
appearance of his home in order that it would sell better. All of Frank’s

where the house was advertised as well as the Chinese newspaper advertising the
home. Frank attended to every detail quickly with in a most efficient and
