OFFSHORE TOWER LEAD - TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES

 * Leading a team of 12 associates, driving them through change managements and
   automations.
 * Successfully transitioned Stoploss application into TCS without escalations.
 * Coordinated shutdown processes in Pharmacy application and minimized
   downstream impacts.
