Is a completed contract a final contract?
Hi, I have completed a Docusign only to find out that the business that I signed
with is a sketchy one at best so I’m trying to go with another licensed
business. I’ve reviewed the completed docusign and notices that only my
e-signature is present and not the other party. Does this invalidate the
contract?

Invalid Phone Number error - NO Phone number field included
I have prepared a document to send with 11 different signers. I am NOT sending
any SMS (started to do this but didn’t realize there was a limit to how many
could be sent this way). I went back and deleted each that had a phone number
and re-entered their information with e-mails alone. When I try to SEND I keep
getting the following error message: Phone Number is invalid. Country ID is
missing. Recipient ID 21515681 Can someone please tell me how to clear this
error message? Thank You so much for your time and help

Horrendous support for Checkbox Group Validation defects
For a month now, DocuSign support has been taking me around in circles. There is
a major defect in the checkbox group validation, By selecting the “Exactly 1”,
or “No more than 1” validation option, the end-user should be able to check only
one box out of the selected Checkbox Group (and not be able to select multiple
check boxes), however this is not working as designed. The end result is the
user can select (and check) all the checkboxes in the group. To make it worse,
the Start/Next button function individually highlights each and every checkboxes
in the group during the signing process. I have shown this issue via screen
sharing three times now, and thereafter the support team fails to send the issue
to development, fails to update the ticket, and then sends me an email days
later asking if I am still having an issue. This has been an endless cycle of
the following: The issue is shown to support via a screen sharing session.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of a manager?
I started emailing and calling to have my plan downgraded weeks before my
renewal, but my account rep and her backups were unavailable. Customer service
told me that they couldn’t change the account and kept opening tickets and cases
for an account rep to help. It has been four weeks now, and the auto-renewal has
been processed. I am now being told by customer service that the plan can not be
changed since the auto-renewal just went through and to speak to an account rep.
How do you get a hold of someone who can help in this company?

accept button, the page keeps loading and does not go to the next page to

Help with access
I have used this program for years. As of yesterday I am unable to receive any
documents. When I requested to resend a link, the link went to an incorrect
email. My email mispelled. I can’t figure out who to call or how to fix it.
neither can the sender. I actually activated a free trial to try and bypass the
issue but no luck. very odd and need some clear simple direction as a lot of my
contracts go thru this program. Sorry don’t understand all the categories.
Please advise.. thank you!!!

Browser doesn't recognize DocuSign PKI software is installed
Hello, We need to install “DocuSign PKI software” + “DocuSign browser extension”
to be able to sign some contracts for a local Windows user (without admin
privileges). After the installation using admin credentials, the browser doesn’t
recognize the DocuSign PKI software is installed, not even if I execute the
browser with the same admin user I’ve installed the software. The only way it
works is directly connected in admin account – but in that scenario we don’t
have the certificate we need that is installed in the first local user I
mentioned. Could someone help us with that, please? Thanks!

Updated Email Address
Hi. I recently asked my CFO and Treasurer to update their DocuSign email address
to our company’s new email extension. They now have no access to their signed
documents. If they kept the same account and only updated email address in
profile, why aren’t they able to see their signed documents? Is there a way for
them to gain access to them? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

My signature blocks are being dropped after I send to signer
I have sent two documents to different clients and when they get them one or
more of the signature blocks are missing. This causes a delay as I have to
resend the documents more than once. I have double-checked the signature blocks
before I send them - is there a way to prevent this.

Failed to authorize with Signer Held Certificate / recognize Docusign PKI
Hi, for a while now we have troubles executing QES. In Chrome and Edge, the
process fails after we put the PIN of the token with the error There was an
unexpected fault. Firefox on the other hand is not even able to recognize PKI
Software installed no matter what we do. Might be solved by manually importing
security module for Docusign PKI but cannot figure out how. (We already tried
proposal
