ABOUT US
Arizona State Urological Institute (ASUI) was founded in May 2003 and since then
has become a community leader in comprehensive urological care, for both men and
women, providing service in five East Valley locations. Our urological providers
and extensive support staff are dedicated to meeting the needs of all our
patients and the community for high quality medical and surgical urology, during
business hours, after hours or weekends. Our five locations provide
opportunities for appointments to meet the needs of patients all over the East
Valley.

Does ASUI Carry Medication Samples in their Offices?
We do carry some medication samples, however the availability of these samples
varies.
What is The ASUI Fax Number?

Can ASUI Providers Send my Prescriptions Electronically?
Most prescriptions can be sent to you electronically, but this depends on the
medication.
Can ASUI Send my Order Electronically?
Most orders can be sent electronically, depending on the facility you visited.
How Do I Get My Test Results?
At your request, a medical assistant will contact you to either update you on
the status of your results.
How Much Will __________ Cost?

Is ASUI Accepting New Patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients.
What Insurance Does ASUI Accept?

How Soon Can I Be Seen as a New Patient?
As a new patient, you can typically be seen within 2-3 days, depending on the
schedule availability, the referral status of your provider, and the
accessibility of your medical records (determined by your referring provider).
Is ASUI Open on Saturdays?
Currently, we are not open on Saturdays.
Do ASUI Providers Have Evening Appointments?
We do have evening appointments, but only up to 4:45PM. Our providers are not
available for appointments after that time on business days.
What Hospitals Are ASUI Doctors Associated With?
Our doctors see patients at Banner Desert, Banner Ocotillo, Mercy Gilbert and
Chandler Regional Hospitals.
Do I Have to Pay a Copay If I Have a Telemed Appointment?
Each insurance policy varies regarding copays. Call us at 480.394.0200, and we
would be happy to confirm your policy compatability.
