As a neuro-holistic wellness consultant with expertise in mental health,
life-design and trauma-informed practices, I collaborate with teams to build
healthy environments that meet your specific goals. I am a licensed therapist
and mental health advocate who is passionate about using neuroscience research
to cultivate positive change and improve outcomes. Organizations benefit when
people’s work aligns with their lives and personal values. Wellness objectives,
such as reducing stigma and increasing access to support services, help teams
pursue competency at a deeper level and persevere through obstacles. My aptitude
for project management offers a unique lens for building your targeted programs.
Modernizing programs to improve retention, reduce burnout, and foster a culture
