AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES & GIVEAWAY TERMS: Participation in the monthly
Golden Giveaway giveaway ("Free Giveaway") constitutes entrant’s full and
unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Giveaway

PRIZE & GIVEAWAY STATUS: The prize for each Free Giveaway is a digital gift
card/e-gift card of the winner’s choice (i.e. a Visa® or Amazon® digital gift
card/e-gift card). An email address on file is required to qualify for the Free
Giveaway, be notified of a win, and claim a prize, if applicable. Free Giveaway
digital gift card prizes shall be in the amount of one thousand dollars
($1,000.00 ) each. Aggregate maximum prize value during a full (one-year) Free

HOW TO ENTER/QUALIFY: Entry in the Free Giveaway is free and voluntary. Action

ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: Overall odds of winning vary during each Free Giveaway

Official Rules & Giveaway Terms

OVERVIEW: The daily, weekly, and monthly product giveaways are a free customer
loyalty and satisfaction benefit offered to participants in Subscriber Savings
and consist of regularly scheduled, product giveaways (i.e. "Headphones
Giveaway", "Laptop Giveaway", etc.) ("Free Product Giveaways"). Rules for the
Free Product Giveaways are as follows:

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES & GIVEAWAY TERMS: Participation in the Free Product
Giveaways constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and
acceptance of these Official Rules & Giveaway Terms ("Rules") and the decisions
of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize in the Free Product
Giveaways is contingent upon fulfilling and complying with all requirements set
forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY: The Free Product Giveaway is open only to individuals who (1) are

separate weekly giveaway entry periods ("Free Product Weekly Giveaway"), and

Each Free Product Daily Giveaway entry period begins each day at 12:01am EST and
ends at 11:59pm EST that same day ("Free Product Giveaway Daily Entry Period").

Each Free Product Weekly Giveaway entry period begins each Sunday morning at
12:01am EST and ends at 11:59pm EST every Sunday night ("Free Product Giveaway
Weekly Entry Period").

Each Free Product Monthly Giveaway entry period begins the first day of each
month at 12:01am EST and ends on the last day of the same month at 11:59pm EST
night ("Free Product Giveaway Monthly Entry Period").

The winner of a given daily, weekly, or monthly product giveaway will be
selected from all entries properly and timely submitted and received from all
included platforms during that given giveaway's entry period.

PRIZE & GIVEAWAY STATUS: The prize for each Free Product Giveaway is a physical
product (i.e. headphones, table, laptop, television) selected exclusively by the
Free Product Giveaway administrators of Subscriber Savings ("Free Product
Giveaway Administrator"). Prize selection is entirely at the discretion of the
Free Product Giveaway Administrator. All characteristics and qualities of the
prize (i.e. the brand, type, model, year, color, etc. shall be selected
exclusively by the Free Product Giveaway Administrator and the prizes shall be
delivered as is. The Free Product Giveaway Administrator shall not be
responsible for providing alternatives or substitutions of any kind, but may
substitute prizes of equal or greater value, and may offer prize alternates of
lesser value to prize winners to choose if they would prefer. Prize winners are
under no obligation to accept a prize alternative of lesser value. Prizes are
delivered "as is" and may be either accepted or declined by the winning
recipient. Online access is required to enter the Free Product Giveaway and
claim a prize, if applicable. Free Product Giveaways shall vary from giveaway to
giveaway and Free Product Giveaway Administrator is under no obligation to offer

account, navigate to the "Giveaways" section, and click the "ENTER TO WIN"
button in the section to enter. Customers may be given the option to enter the
Giveaways more than once using their banked rewards.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be determined by random drawing to be held within
one (1) hour of the close of the applicable Free Product Giveaway entry period.
The giveaway winner will be selected from all entries received during that
giveaway's entry period. The giveaway winner will be notified via email using
the email address associated with their reward account within one (1) hour of
the close of that giveaway's entry period. Action is then required on the part
of the giveaway winner to claim their prize by (1) logging into their reward
account, (2) following the steps to securely validate their identity and
shipping/delivery address ("Shipping Address Validation"), and (3) accepting
shipment/delivery of their prize. No prize shall be sent to a giveaway winner
who has not completed the Shipping Address Validation. Giveaway winners shall
have one (1) year from the date of the close of the applicable giveaway entry
period to complete their Shipping Address Validation ("Prize Claim Period").
Failure to complete the Shipping Address Validation within the Prize Claim
Period shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

SHIPMENT/DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Prizes shall be ordered by the Free Product
Giveaway Administrator within five (5) business days of the winner's completion
of the Shipping Address Validation. Prizes shall be ordered by the Free Product
Giveaway Administrator from a third-party online retail website (i.e.
Amazon.com, Overstock.com, BestBuy.com) ("Product Provider"), shall be
shipped/delivered to the winning recipient by Product Provider, and shall be
subject to the terms and conditions of Product Provider. No exceptions.

DEFECTS/RETURNS: Once the product prize has been ordered by the Free Product
Giveaway Administrator, the product prize is the sole and exclusive
responsibility of the Product Provider. The Product Provider, not Subscriber
Savings, is solely responsible for shipment/delivery of the product prize. Once
a prize is ordered from the Product Provider by the Free Product Giveaway
Administrator, the Product Provider, not Subscriber Savings, is solely
responsible to provide the product prize to the winner in good working order.
The Product Provider, not Subscriber Savings, is solely responsible to deliver

Forest Fire Recovery: Year after year, forest fires grow in intensity as climate
change continues to provide the perfect conditions for these fires to flourish.
The good news is, reforestation can help restore these lands. Planting trees in
areas that have been severely affected by forest fires and aren't able to
recover a healthy ecosystem on their own can help restore these vital forests.
These trees will be planted domestically in places like California, Texas, and
Oklahoma. As well as abroad in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.

150 tree species, making it one of the most diverse ecological regions in North

conscious organizations are stepping up to return the region to its former
glory.

FREE TREE PLANT BONUS

Your reward program benefits may include an optional, limited-time, one-time,
free tree plant bonus, offered to select, qualified, new Subscriber Savings
customers (1) in good standing and members of Subscriber Savings at the time of
issuance and eligibility, (2) after the customer has been a customer in good
standing and member of Subscriber Savings for a certain period of time (i.e.
ninety (90) days, one (1) year, etc.), at the sole and exclusive discretion of
Subscriber Savings (“Tree Plant Free Bonus”). The Tree Plant Free Bonus is not a
standard, permanent, or recurring Subscriber Savings benefit and may be removed
from Subscriber Savings at any time. The Tree Plant Free Bonus was designed for
new customers only and is not available to Subscriber Savings customers enrolled
and/or active before the Tree Plant Free Bonus was set live. Eligible Tree Plant
Free Bonus customers may be notified of the Tree Plant Free Bonus by email. The
Free Tree Plant bonus allows the recipient customer the opportunity to choose a
tree plant project from among several active tree plant projects (“Project
Selection”), each project subject to change and availability, where a donation
sufficient enough to pay for one (1) tree to be planted on behalf of the
recipient customer will be made to the tree plant charity associated with the
tree plant project selected by the recipient customer within sixty (60) days
following the recipient customer’s tree plant project selection. Recipient
customers are under no obligation to claim their Tree Plant Free Bonus. Action
is required to claim a Tree Plant Free Bonus and complete a Tree Plant Free
Bonus Project Selection. A donation will not be made/tree will not be planted
for recipient customers who did not complete a Tree Plant Free Bonus Project
Selection. Online access is required to claim a Tree Plant Free Bonus and/or
Tree Plant Free Bonus Project Selection. There is no cash value to the Tree
Plant Free Bonus and no tax deductibility for the customer recipient of/for any
donation(s) made to any tree plant charity as part of the recipient customer’s
Tree Plant Free Bonus. Completion of a Tree Plant Free Bonus Project Selection

Savings is responsible to keep accurate records of tree planting donations made,
but is under no obligation to provide proof of specific donations or specific
tree plantings in any specific tree planting projects on a customer-by-customer
basis. No substitutions. All applicable federal, state and local laws and
regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Should you have

At the Subscriber Savings, our goal and commitment is to make your customer
experience as successful and satisfying as possible, and to help you get the
full value from your reward.

By using the www.MySubscriberSavings.com website (the “Site”), you agree to be
bound by all of the terms in these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) and any terms
and conditions in our prior agreement when you were enrolled as a customer in
the Subscriber Savings. As we are regularly updating and enhancing the
Subscriber Savings, the Subscriber Savings reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use
of the Site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes
acceptance of those changes. Please read these Terms of Use carefully and, if
you have any questions, or if this Agreement does not conform to your
understanding of what you were told the Subscriber Savings was, please contact
the Subscriber Savings Customer Support at

Accessing Your Reward. The Subscriber Savings hereby grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Site for your
personal, non-commercial use, provided that you comply fully with the provisions
of these Terms of Use. Your Subscriber Savings customer account can only be
activated/accessed through the www.MySubscriberSavings.com website. You have
unlimited access to the Subscriber Savings website 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year.

Reward Overview. The primary benefit of the Subscriber Savings is an enrolled
customer's receipt of, and ongoing access to free, promotional rewards, as
defined below, given on enrollment and refreshed at regular intervals, good for
use on the deals, products, etc. of the customer's choice. This is an ongoing,
accrued monthly benefit to the customer recipient. As a customer of the
Subscriber Savings, your benefits may include shopping discounts, shopping
deals, shopping rewards, shopping offers, shopping promotions, dining discounts,
dining deals, dining rewards, dining offers, and dining promotions (“Reward
Dollars”), depending on your customer status. Access to, and instructions
regarding, your rewards are found within each of the specific reward benefit
links found within the Subscriber Savings. All benefits within the program do
require actions on your part, along with internet access, to claim and utilize
them. Some benefits within the program may require a printer. We will provide
you instructions for how to activate your Reward Dollars, which are not legal
tender or currency, and have no cash value.

Your Account is Free. You understand that the Subscriber Savings is not charging
you anything for the Subscriber Savings, and will never charge you anything for
the Subscriber Savings, and that your access to the Subscriber Savings is free.

Action is Required to Claim Your Benefits. Action on your part is required to
activate and claim your reward(s). Benefits associated with this reward will
accrue/rollover from month to month.

Online Communication & Emails. The Subscriber Savings is an online reward
program. You understand that the manner in which a customer activates their
reward, accesses their reward and related benefits, redeems their reward and
related benefits, and communicates with Customer Support, etc. is all online. By
becoming a customer, you have agreed to receive emails from the Subscriber
Savings associated with your account.

Terms of Use. Once you have activated your account and/or reward, you will enjoy
unlimited access to the Subscriber Savings website for as long as you wish to
access it, and are an active customer. Your account and/or reward is
non-transferable and has no cash value. Your account and/or your reward are not
a gift card or a gift certificate, but rather a premium discount and couponing
reward program used for various deals and discounts. Benefits are not for
re-sale. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account password and user account information. You will promptly notify us
if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. The Subscriber
Savings is limited to residents of the United States (excluding Iowa) and Canada
only and to individuals over the age of eighteen (18). Access to the Subscriber
Savings and www.MySubscriberSavings.com are governed by this Agreement. Use of
the Reward Dollars you earn as a part of the Subscriber Savings is governed by
additional and separate “Terms of Use”, which shall be available to you when
accessing your Reward Dollars, and which you shall be asked to accept whenever
you use your Reward Dollars.

Cancelling The Subscriber Savings is Not Necessary. Because the Subscriber
Savings is free, there is no reason for you to contact the Subscriber Savings to
cancel your Subscriber Savings reward. If you do not like the Subscriber
Savings, you can simply choose not to use the Subscriber Savings. If you were
given access to the Subscriber Savings as a result of your affiliation with or
purchase from some third party entity, and wish to inquire about that
affiliation or purchase, you should contact that third party entity directly.

No Warranty/Limitation of Liability. You agree that the Subscriber Savings, its
subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of its officers, directors, owners, and
employees, along with the provider/host/administrator of the Site (“Company
Parties”) are not responsible or liable for any benefits, goods or services
provided by any participating vendors. If you have any claims relating to such
benefits, goods or services provided by a participating vendor, you agree to
make your claim against the vendor providing the benefit, good or service. You
will not consider the Company Parties (and the Company Parties will not be
construed as) a party to such transactions, whether or not Company parties may
have received some form of revenue or other remuneration in connection with such
transactions, and the Company Parties will not be liable for any costs or
damages arising out of, either directly or indirectly, you or any other person
involved or related to the transactions. The Company Parties assume no
responsibility for the payment of, or contribution to, any use or sales tax on
the benefits, which may be imposed by taxing authorities, and such taxes, to the
extent imposed, shall remain your sole responsibility or that of the provider of
the benefits, as the case may be.

This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis with no warranties
whatsoever. THE COMPANY PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
WITH RESPECT TO USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY OF THE BENEFITS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR
RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU FROM COMPANY OR FROM OUR PARTICIPATING
VENDORS. COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE

RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. FURTHER, PLEASE NOTE THAT NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION,
OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THIS SITE OR OUR PARTICIPATING VENDORS SHALL CREATE ANY
WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT.

SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR A THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, THIRD
PARTY OR CONSEQUENTIAL, EVEN IF COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION

own all right, title and interest in and to this Site, including, without

Arbitration. All legal issues arising from or related to the use of your account
and this Site shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Delaware applicable to contracts entered into and wholly to be performed within
Fairfield County, Connecticut. Any controversy or claim arising out of or
relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be settled by binding
arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American
Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Any such controversy or claim shall be
arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any
arbitration with any claim or controversy of another party. The arbitration
shall be conducted in Connecticut, in Fairfield County and judgment on the

and there shall be no right to any remedy for any claim not asserted within that
time period. (If applicable law prohibits a one-year limitations period for
asserting claims, the claim must be asserted within the shortest time period in
excess of one year that is permitted by applicable law.) The use of your account
and this Site and the terms of this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by
the laws of the State of Delaware and the Federal Arbitration Act, without
regard to conflict of laws provisions. By using the Site and thereby agreeing to
the Agreement, you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in the
state and federal courts sitting in the State of Connecticut.

Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement. This
Agreement will inure to the benefit of our successors, assigns and licensees.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, plus any provision in your customer
contract/agreement with the sponsor of the Subscriber Savings, and the Reward
Dollars Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between you and the
Company Parties relating to the subject matter herein.

Subscriber Savings wants to ensure that you get the best possible customer
experience, and get the most value possible from the Subscriber Savings program.

The following are the terms and conditions for Subscriber Savings (the
"Site/Program"). By using the Site, and/or becoming a customer of the Program
(or a timed preview of the Program as defined herein), you agree to be bound by
all of the terms in these Terms of Use (the "Agreement"). The Program reserves
the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of
the Site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes
acceptance of those changes. Please read this carefully and if you have any
questions, or if this Agreement does not conform to your understanding of the

Program & Program Access. Subscriber Savings is a customer rewards program,
featuring ongoing, monthly-billed benefits and services to which/for which
customers subscribe, as described herein. The Program hereby grants you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the
Site/Program for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you comply
fully with the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

Customer Benefits. As a customer of Subscriber Savings, you have access to
benefits, savings, discounts, incentives, rewards, and bonuses offered by
Subscriber Savings and by participating vendors as explained in your benefits
materials, including the Site/Program, and this Agreement. None of your benefits
are health insurance or health care benefits or discounts off of healthcare
services. Subscriber Savings is not an insurer or a Discount Medical Plan
Organization. Subscriber Savings does not collect, store, or relay any
health-related information. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, cancel,
replace, terminate or otherwise change particular program benefits or benefit
providers from time to time in our sole discretion.

Service Term, Renewal, Billing. Unless you cancel, your benefits will continue
automatically on a monthly basis, with the applicable periodic customer fees
disclosed to you upon your enrollment, and always available to you in your
online customer account, or by contacting Customer Support, as detailed herein,
automatically billed to the account identified and authorized by you at the time
of your Subscriber Savings registration. As a customer of Subscriber Savings,
you authorize Subscriber Savings to conduct this monthly billing and you further
authorize Subscriber Savings to bill an amount less than your monthly customer
fee if Subscriber Savings is unable to bill the full monthly customer fee
amount. Some customers are enrolled into a timed preview of Subscriber Savings
("Program Preview") for a fee or for free. Upon the expiration of the Program
Preview, Program Preview customers who have not called to cancel will
automatically become Subscriber Savings customers, with rights, privileges,
benefits, and payment obligations, as detailed above, pertaining thereto.

Cancellation & Refund Policy. At Subscriber Savings, customer satisfaction is
our top priority. That's why we make sure that the program's cancellation and
refund policy is clear, compliant, and most importantly fair. Cancellations: As
a customer of Subscriber Savings, you can cancel your benefits at any time by
calling Customer Support. You can access the telephone number and hours of

Please note: You may not cancel your benefits by simply sending an email, or
submitting an online customer support inquiry. This program may also include an
online cancel function, whereby you can log into your customer account at the
Subscriber Savings website, navigate to the “My Account” function, and follow
the online cancellation process. Refunds: (1) No refund is available for the
Preview Period, if applicable. (2) With respect to the monthly customer fee
following the Preview Period, if applicable, refunds are available only
following (i) a customer to call to cancel, and (ii) a customer request for a
refund, and (iii) a demonstrable system error or lack of accessible benefits on
the part of Subscriber Savings. Because Subscriber Savings is an ongoing
benefits program during which the customer has unlimited access and eligibility
to all of the program benefits at all times, which represent real value to the
customer and real expense to Subscriber Savings, standard refunds are capped at
the equivalent of one (1) month's monthly customer fee (as a courtesy refund for
the active/paid month the customer is in at the time of cancel). Subscriber
Savings also offers a refund request appeals process, whereby a recording of the
customer's enrollment call is reviewed, and whereby a customer may escalate a
refund request to a Customer Support Manager for additional review, the result
of which shall be determined on a case by case basis and may result in a maximum
of a full refund of all monies charged the customer by Subscriber Savings.

Use of Benefits. Your benefits are non-transferable. You agree that only you,
your spouse and children living in your household will have access to the
program benefits. Benefits are not for re-sale. You are entirely responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your Program password and user account
information. You will promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized
use of your account. No statement made on or by Subscriber Savings has been
evaluated by the FDA. Information in this Site/Program is provided for
informational purposes only. It is not meant to substitute for any medical
advice provided by your physician or other medical professional. You should not
use the information contained herein for diagnosing or treating a health problem
or disease, or prescribing any medication. You should read carefully all product

frequently asked questions, etc.) to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

benefits at any time. The best way to do that is by contacting Subscriber
Savings. Subscriber Savings will always work with you to respectfully,
professionally, and timely address your concerns. We would ask that, should you
have any complaint, concern, issue, malfunction, question, or problem regarding
your Subscriber Savings benefits, that you will first give Subscriber Savings
the opportunity to resolve the issue. We would also ask that you not submit a
misleading, false, or fraudulent dispute regarding Subscriber Savings to a
commercial entity, a regulatory entity, financial institution, or a governmental
entity, as a misleading, false, or fraudulent submission may cause harm to
Subscriber Savings.

No Warranty/Limitation of Liability. You agree that the Site/Program, its
subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of its officers, directors and employees,
along with the provider/host/administrator of the Site/Program ("The Program
Parties") are not responsible or liable for any benefits, goods or services
provided by participating vendors. If you have any claims relating to such
benefits, goods or services provided by a participating vendor, you agree to
make your claim against the vendor providing the benefit, good or service. You
will not consider us (and we will not be construed as) a party to such
transactions, whether or not we may have received some form of revenue or other
remuneration in connection with such transactions, and we will not be liable for
any costs or damages arising out of, either directly or indirectly, you or any
other person involved or related to the transactions. We assume no
responsibility for the payment of, or contribution to, any use or sales tax on

communication from Subscriber Savings as part of your benefits. You may opt out
of receipt of written and/or digital communications by either (1) logging in to
your customer account, and changing your communication settings in the “My
Account” area, or (2) contacting Subscriber Savings Customer Support to help you
do so.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and, at our option,
defend the Site/Program from any and all third party claims, liability, damages
and/or costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees and
expenses) arising from your improper use of this Site/Program, your use of any
products associated with the Site/Program, your violation of this Agreement, or
your infringement, or the infringement or use of any Intellectual Property
Rights (as defined herein). This paragraph, entitled "Indemnification" is void
in the state of New Jersey and where prohibited by law.

Links. The Site/Program may contain links to other web sites. The Site/Program
does not control such other websites and is not responsible or liable for the
availability thereof or the products, services or other materials contained on
such websites. The Site/Program shall not be responsible or liable, directly or
indirectly, for any damage or loss incurred or suffered by any user in
connection therewith. The preceding sentence is void in the state of New Jersey
and where prohibited by law. Your access and use of linked websites, including

Intellectual Property. You hereby agree and acknowledge that the Site/Program
owns all right, title and interest in and to this Site/Program, including,
without limitation, all Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property

law, trademark law, and any and all other proprietary rights. You acknowledge

Privacy Policy. Subscriber Savings recognizes the importance of protecting the
privacy of all information provided to us through the use of our services and
related websites. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental
respect for your right to privacy to guide our relationship with our users and
consumers who use the Site/Program. Information collected through the
Site/Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is as
follows: Subscriber Savings collects information when you redeem your rewards or
access your Subscriber Savings account. When you visit the Site/Program, you may
provide to Subscriber Savings what is generally called "personally identifiable"
information (such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, and
home/mobile telephone number, etc.). When you visit the Site/Program, we may

characters - to your computer. Subscriber Savings uses both session cookies and
persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and

Site/Program. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to
send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the

Subscriber Savings uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and

information. WE CANNOT, HOWEVER, ENSURE OR WARRANT THE SECURITY OF ANY
INFORMATION YOU TRANSMIT TO Subscriber Savings, AND YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Once we receive your transmission of information, Subscriber Savings makes
commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However,
please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be
accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical,
technical, or managerial safeguards.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that
reason, Subscriber Savings does not knowingly collect or maintain information
from persons under eighteen (18) years of age, and no part of the Site/Program
is structured to attract anyone under eighteen (18). If you are under eighteen
(18) years of age, then please do not use or access the Site/Program at any time
or in any manner. If Subscriber Savings learns that personally identifiable

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE/PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS

Severability/Waiver. In the event any provision of this Agreement is determined
to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed
arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or
enforceability of any other provision herein. The failure by us to exercise
rights granted to us hereunder upon the occurrence of any violations set forth
in this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights upon the
recurrence of such violation. This paragraph, entitled “Severability/Waiver” is
void in the state of New Jersey and where prohibited by law.

Mandatory Arbitration of Disputes. All disputes between you and Subscriber
Savings will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO GIVE UP
YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract,
except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. Your rights will be
determined by a neutral arbitrator, NOT a judge or jury. You agree that any
dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including with respect to
the interpretation of any provision of this Agreement or concerning the
performance or obligations of Subscriber Savings or you, shall be resolved by
mandatory and binding arbitration submitted to JAMS, Inc. (JAMS) in accordance
with its Commercial Arbitration Rules at the request of either Subscriber
Savings or you pursuant to the following conditions:

(a) Place of Arbitration Hearings. Unless you elect to conduct the arbitration
by telephone or written submission, an in-person arbitration hearing will
conducted at a JAMS facility in your area.

(b) Selection of Arbitrator shall be made pursuant to JAMS Streamlined
Arbitration Rules & Procedures or JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules &
Procedures, depending on the amount of the claim as specified herein.

(c) Conduct of Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single
neutral arbitrator under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures. For
claims exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), the arbitration shall be
conducted under JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures Subject to the
applicable JAMS procedure, the arbitrator shall allow reasonable discovery in
the forms permitted by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to the extent
consistent with the purpose of the arbitration. The arbitrator(s) shall have no
power or authority to amend or disregard any provision of this section or any
other provision of these Terms and Conditions, except as necessary to comply
with JAMS Policy on Consumer Arbitrations Pursuant to Pre-Dispute Clauses
Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness. The arbitration hearing shall be
commenced promptly and conducted expeditiously. If more than one (1) day is
necessary, the arbitration hearing shall be conducted on consecutive days unless
otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

(d) Findings and Conclusions. The arbitrator(s) shall, after reaching judgment
and award, prepare and distribute to the parties written findings of fact and
conclusions of law relevant to such judgment and award and containing an opinion
setting forth the reasons for the giving or denial of any award. The award of
the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment
thereon may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction.

(e) Costs and Fees. You will be subject to a two hundred and fifty dollar
($250.00) filing fee to initiate an arbitration. To the extent permitted by JAMS
procedures, each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share
of the arbitrators' and administrative fees of arbitration, with Subscriber
Savings remaining responsible for its share of costs, expenses and fees plus any
costs, expenses and fees required of it under JAMS procedures.

(f) Litigation. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to
this Agreement. Either party also may, without waiving any remedy under this
Agreement, seek from any court having jurisdiction any interim or provisional
relief that is necessary to protect the rights or property of that party,
pending the establishment of the arbitral tribunal (or pending the arbitral
tribunal's determination of the merits of the controversy). We also both agree
that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of
intellectual property rights.

(g) Other. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to
these Terms and Conditions and you agree that any arbitration or other
proceedings by or between you and Subscriber Savings will be conducted on an
individual basis and not in any class action, consolidated or representative
basis. You further agree that the arbitrator shall have no authority to award
class-wide relief. You acknowledge and agree that this agreement specifically
prohibits you from commencing arbitration proceedings as a representative of
others. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration,
we each waive any right to a jury trial.

Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement. This
Agreement will inure to the benefit of our successors, assigns and licensees.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with our prior agreement when you
enrolled as a customer in Subscriber Savings, constitutes the entire agreement
between you and us relating to the subject matter herein.

benefit and services request, to offer certain features on the Sites, to assist
us in improving the way the Sites work and look, and to create new features. We

commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However,
please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be
accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical,

7. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that
reason, Subscriber Savings does not knowingly collect or maintain information
from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the Subscriber Savings Sites

Official Rules & Giveaway Terms

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES & GIVEAWAY TERMS: Participation in the
#weekendwins/Weekend Wins weekly giveaway ("Giveaway" or "Weekly Giveaway")
constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of
these Official Rules & Giveaway Terms (“Rules”) and the decisions of the
Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize in the Weekly Giveaway is
contingent upon fulfilling and complying with all requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY: The Weekly Giveaway is open only to individuals who (1) are
eighteen (18) years of age or older and (2) Subscriber Savings customers in good
standing and members of the Subscriber Savings at the time of entry. All
applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT
IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Weekly Giveaway begins on January 2, 2024 and ends on
December 31, 2024 (“Giveaway Contest Period”), and consists of fifty-two (52)
separate weekly entry periods.  Each Giveaway weekly entry period begins each
Friday morning at 12:01am EST and ends at 11:59pm EST every Sunday night (the
"Weekend” or “Giveaway Weekly Entry Period").  The winner on a given week will
be selected from all entries properly and timely submitted and received during
that given week's Giveaway Weekly Entry Period.

PRIZE & GIVEAWAY STATUS: The prize for each weekly Giveaway is a physical
product (i.e. a television, tablet, headphones, coffee maker) selected
exclusively by the Giveaway administrators of Subscriber Savings (“ Giveaway
Administrator”).  Weekly prize selection is entirely at the discretion of the
Giveaway Administrator.  All characteristics and qualities of the prize (i.e.
the brand, type, model, year, color, etc. shall be selected exclusively by the
Giveaway Administrator and the prizes shall be delivered as is.  The Giveaway
Administrator shall not be responsible for providing alternatives or
substitutions of any kind.  Prizes are delivered “as is” and may be either
accepted or declined by the winning recipient. Online access is required to
enter the Giveaway and claim a prize, if applicable.  Weekly Giveaway shall vary
from week to week and Giveaway Administrator is under no obligation to offer any
specific prize in the Giveaway.  Aggregate prize value during the Giveaway
Contest Period shall be approximately seven thousand eight hundred dollars
($7,800).

HOW TO ENTER: Entry in the Giveaway is and voluntary.  During each weekly
Giveaway Period, a customer may login to their Subscriber Savings account,
navigate to the #weekendwins Giveaway section, and click the “ENTER TO WIN”
button in the #weekendwins Giveaway section to enter. Limit one (1) Entry per
person, per week, during each week’s Giveaway Weekly Entry Period.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be determined by random drawing to be held within
one (1) hour of the close of that week’s Giveaway Weekly Entry Period. The
weekly giveaway winner will be selected from all entries received during that
week’s Giveaway Weekly Entry Period. The weekly giveaway winner will be notified
via email using the email address associated with their reward account within
one (1) hour of the close of that day’s Giveaway Weekly Entry Period.  Action is
then required on the part of the weekly giveaway winner to claim their prize by
(1) logging into their reward account, (2) following the steps to securely
validate their identity and shipping/delivery address (“Shipping Address
Validation”), and (3) accepting shipment/delivery of their prize. No prize shall
be sent to a weekly giveaway winner who has not completed the Shipping Address
Validation.  Weekly giveaway winners shall have one (1) year from the date of
the close of the applicable Giveaway Weekly Entry Period to complete their
Shipping Address Validation (“Prize Claim Period”).  Failure to complete the
Shipping Address Validation within the Prize Claim Period shall result in
forfeiture of the prize.

SHIPMENT/DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Prizes shall be ordered by the Giveaway
Administrator within three (3) business days of the weekly winner’s completion
of the Shipping Address Validation.  Prizes shall be ordered by the Giveaway
Administrator from a third party online retail website (i.e. Amazon.com,
Overstock.com, BestBuy.com) (“Product Provider”), shall be shipped/delivered to
the week’s winning recipient by Product Provider, and shall be subject to the
terms and conditions of Product Provider. No exceptions.

DEFECTS/RETURNS: Once the product prize has been ordered by the Giveaway
Administrator, the product prize is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the
Product Provider.  The Product Provider, not Subscriber Savings, is solely
responsible for shipment/delivery of the product prize. Once a prize is ordered
from the Product Provider by the Giveaway Administrator, the Product Provider,
not Subscriber Savings, is solely responsible to provide the product prize to
the winner in good working order.  The Product Provider, not Subscriber Savings,
is solely responsible to deliver the correct prize.  The Product Provider, not
Subscriber Savings, is also solely and exclusively responsible for any returns
or exchanges of the product prize.  Should the product prize recipient (1) find
any fault with the product prize, (2) believe the product prize
shipped/delivered was incorrect, (3) find any fault with the shipment/delivery
of the product prize, (4) claim the product prize was lost, stolen, and/or not
delivered, (5) wish to return or exchange the product prize, or (6) have any
other issues, questions, concerns, or complaints regarding the product prize,
the product prize recipient must make their claim/seek redress solely with the
Product Provider, subject to their terms and conditions.  Subscriber Savings has
no responsibility or authority to replace, exchange, substitute, return, refund,
discount, or provide a credit for any product prize under any circumstances,
including lost, damaged, incorrect, undelivered, or stolen items.

ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: Overall odds of winning vary during each Giveaway Weekly
Entry Period, and depend solely on number of contest entries received during
that Giveaway Weekly Entry Period.  No prize substitution, cash equivalent of
prize, or prize transfer(s) are permitted.

SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by LOYALTY SOLUTIONS, LLC. (“Sponsor”).

CONDITIONS:  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway (or portion thereof).  All federal,
state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the
sole responsibility of product prize winner. Automated or robotic entries
submitted by individuals or organizations will be automatically disqualified. 
All entries must be posted by the end of the Giveaway Weekly Entry Period in
order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper. 
Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Sponsor reserves
the sole right to determine the eligible party.  By entering, entrant waives all
rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against Sponsor or any
others associated with this Weekly Giveaway. Entrants further agree to release
and hold harmless Sponsor, Subscriber Savings (“Subscriber Savings”) and
Subscriber Savings’s affiliated brands from any and all liability arising from
their participation in the Giveaway.  Any disputes that may arise hereunder
shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Delaware without
regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with
respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of
Fairfield County, Connecticut.

PRIVACY: By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to communicate
with you via email should you be a winner.

How do I claim my gift card?

First you need to login to the program. Your username is your phone number and
your password is your zip or postal code. Click the "LOG IN" button to proceed.
Next, click on the "CLAIM MY GIFT CARD" button to enter in your security key to
unlock your gift card. (You'll find your security key on the email that was sent
to you). Once you've confirmed/chosen your gift card, your gift card will be
emailed to you within 24 hours. Enjoy!

Can I change my gift card?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your gift card once it's confirmed. We have a
multi-step confirm process to make sure the gift card you select is the one you
want, as well as an opportunity to change your selection before the final

is final and cannot be changed. This is because once you have selected your gift
card it cannot be de-activated and replaced.

Our billing records show your account is not current, and so your Subscriber
Savings benefits are not accessible. Even though your Subscriber Savings
benefits are not accessible, you're still entitled to access your Subscriber
Savings rewards. Oil changes, tire rotations, roadside coverage, and your
Subscriber Savings special bonuses are only available to active customers who
have a current billing status, so you'll see some benefits grayed out. If you'd
like to speak with someone to make a payment to get your account status current,
