Jedná se o pilotní projekt Prefa rodinných domů, kde základ domu a nosný
konstrukční systém je tvořen betonovými prefabrikáty. Vnitřní příčky a řešení
fasády nejsou na nosné konstrukci závislé. Jedná se o velmi rychlou realizaci s
minimem mokrých procesů.
