BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK
Full disclosure, we chose this hotel for its lowest price in the location
we wanted to stay. Close proximity to Times Square and many Broadway shows.
Very clean and very friendly staff. Our tv wasn’t working and they sent
someone up and had it fixed within the hour. Exceeded my expectations!

GOOD LOCATION, BAD FACILITIES
Questionable cleanliness and maintenance of rooms. Hotel rooms are in need
of a refresh. WiFi is REALLY bad, several dropped calls which led me to
seek other options for important intl calls.

I’LL BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION
I’m very impressed by the quality and service of the staff at the Westin
Times Square. There was always someone available to assist, and our needs
were regularly anticipated: a staff member would just appear and offer
before we asked. The hotel is well maintained and wonderfully located for
Broadway shows, restaurants, and the Port Authority bus terminal. There are
good options for using the Destination Fee charges. Service and food at the
hotel’s Foundry bar were excellent. A week ago my husband and I had a
disappointing stay at the Barclays Intercontinental hotel near Grand
Central Station. Staying in NYC was redeemed by the Westin Times Square
where I will look forward to returning in the future.

SECURITY DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED
At check in the receptionist asked for a card for a $150 security deposit,
which was going to be refunded at the end of stay. I did not get my money
back, even though I checked out on time, clean room etc I only got $20+
dollars back.

All parking options are for a 24-hour period, and there are no in-and-out
privileges. A 1-hour grace period is provided on the day of departure. If you
