PT. MIRZA UTAMA INTERNATIONAL was founded in 2001, starting from the
Construction Services Business (Construction Company) by working on government
and private development projects. One of the Construction and Architectural
Works from PT. MIRZA UTAMA INTERNATIONAL is “Stadium Datu Adil” Tarakan City,
North Kalimantan Province (formerly East Kalimantan Province).

In 2008, PT. MIRZA UTAMA INTERNATIONAL conducted a business reorientation and
repositioning by entering the Mining & Coal Trading Company Business, which
until 2010 the source of coal supply for PT. MIRZA UTAMA INTERNATIONAL is still
concentrated from the Province of South Kalimantan.
