James Blake


Head of Global Cyber Resiliency Strategy, Cohesity






James Blake is Cohesity’s Global Strategist in Cyber Resiliency. In this role he
draws on his nearly three decades of operational experience as a CISO, building
Security Operations Centres and leading incident response to provide thought
leadership and enablement around cyber resiliency best practices to internal
resources and customers, as well as working with our Data Security Alliance
partners to create a security ecosystem that delivers innovation. James worked
as both the Global Director of Cyber Transformation and Director of Cyber Risk
at JPMorgan Chase. He was the CISO of Mimecast from its inception to its IPO. He
spent nearly a decade as the Managing Principle leading a consulting practice
for HP Enterprise that built, operated and then transferred over 90 end-to-end
security operations capabilities for some of the world’s largest organizations
and provided consulting for over 200 more. James and his team were called in to
provide response capabilities for several high-profile incidents, including
ransomware and wiper attacks such as the 2012 Shamoon attack on Saudi Aramco. He
is also the co-founder of the second-largest information security conference in
the UK.

Jonathon Mayor

Jonathon Mayor leads Security Solutions Architecture for Cohesity as well as
working closely with the Cyber Event Response Team, CERT. With 20+ years of
experience in the IT industry, he’s been involved in both offensive and
defensive security activities. He also has a BS in IT with a focus on digital
forensics, and he is a locksport hobbyist.




Kevin Lomax


Director of Technical Services, Pearl River Community College






Kevin Lomax is the Director, Technical Services for Pearl River Community
College, the 4th largest community college in the state of Mississippi. Kevin is
a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA), COMPTIA Security and Network + and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). He
has 17+ years in the Information Technology field extending across both his
military and civilian background.


Prior to his current position, Kevin worked at the University of Southern
Mississippi as a Network Security & Wireless Engineer. While there, he designed
the wireless stadium infrastructure for the National Center for Spectator Sports
Safety and Security (NCS4). 


Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from American
Public University. He is currently working to complete a Master of Science
Degree in Cybersecurity Studies from American Military University.


Kevin is a Purple Heart and Bronze Star Awardee from the United States Army. 


Theresa Miller

Director, Technical Advocacy Group, Cohesity

Tonya Chin joined Cohesity in March 2022 and currently serves as the Group Vice
President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. She brings over
two decades of experience in the technology industry, sharing corporate insights
and narratives with internal and external constituents. Chin leads the company’s
global communications functions and is responsible for promoting the overall
reputation of Cohesity. Her responsibilities include media relations, industry
analyst relations, employee communications, social media and investor relations.
Prior to Cohesity, Chin was responsible for Communications, Corporate Marketing
and Investor Relations at Nutanix. She also held leadership positions at Aruba
Networks, Solectron, and Ernst and Young. Tonya holds a bachelor of science
degree from Santa Clara University.
