NEW BANK STREET OCCASIONAL PAPER SERIES #46 LAUNCHED

The new Occasional Paper Series #46—”The Pandemic as a Portal: On Transformative
Ruptures and Possible Futures for Education”—recognizes the COVID-19 pandemic as
a window of opportunity for reenvisioning our education system in a way that
centers justice and alleviates the inequities that have pervaded the system long
before the pandemic began. In this issue, we are moved by the powerful insights
of scholars, teachers, educators, and parents, as well as five child
contributors.
