The credit union hired ZAG to evolve their digital presence and bring their unique brand to life. A HASSLE-FREE WEBSITE EXPERIENCE * The new site structure creates an intuitive path and enhances overall usability while increasing the visibility of important law enforcement-specific programs. * Quick Links within each navigational menu provide access to related and popular products or services. * A promotions page within the global navigation provides a one-stop-shop for users to easily access all exclusive offers. A custom modal was created to streamline the different Open an Account and Apply for a Loan processes for visitors and those who aren’t a member. Pause the video 132% increase in the number of key events (conversions) on the home page comparing before/after launch Educational resources, product-specific FAQs and rates are introduced on internal pages to assist in the decision-making process. A NEW LOOK AND FEEL THAT RESONATES WITH MEMBERS * The responsive website design automatically adjusts to a visitor’s device and gives the brand new life while staying true to LAPFCU’s roots. * The strategic use of imagery creates a welcoming experience by connecting with the credit union’s unique membership base. * The website copy is easily digestible – utilizing imagery, iconography, tables and other elements to increase readability and interest. The new website meets the current ADA conformance standards to ensure a positive on-site experience for all. SEAMLESS TECHNOLOGY AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT * Through custom widgets and flexible layouts, administrators can create unique page-level experiences within the Kentico CMS. * The map-based location tool integrates with COOP ATM data, allowing users to find a nearby branch or ATM while the rates management tool provides an easy way to centrally manage rates. * With upgraded technology, the new site seamlessly integrates with third-parties, including the credit union’s chat vendor. We are very pleased with how our website turned out – it looks great! We’ve received compliments on it from members and our own associates.
