IT'S ARRIVED!



We have officially launched our brand new website. We’ve now completed work on
updating and improving our online offerings and our brand new website is
officially here. The enhancements include secure logon, and improved advice line
capabilities and different ways to contact us.

So What's New

The Advice Bot - Introducing our Safety Advice Bot which uses interactive
technology for a smoother, faster search of our enhanced production safety
guidance. Simply ask our bot what you're looking for and receive instant
answers, related articles and documentation. Or link through to our Advice Line
team who can answer questions or put you in touch with our subject matter
experts for further support.


The Knowledge Base - Find the information you need at the click of a button by
entering keywords into our new and improved search function, alongside an
upgraded A-Z for browsing. Access guidance, checklists and template forms to
help you manage health and safety on your production. Keep up to date with
trending topics through our current safety alerts.


The Advice Line - Our team of production safety experts are ready to answer your
production safety questions, via phone, WhatsApp or email during working hours
and out of hours in an emergency. They will review your risk assessments and
advise on any incident, accident or enforcement issues, or link you with our
team of subject matter experts for specialist support.






For those of you who want to continue using the previous version of our online
resources, you can access them here.


If you currently have a retainer agreement in place, simply sign up as a user on
the new site using your company email address to be recognised as a retainer
client (you will still be able access the old online resources on the old site
but the new version is improved and more intuitive), or register for free as a
non-retained client to access our Knowledge Base safety essentials.   



We're also working on other exciting projects to improve our range of services
to you. Amongst these is enlarging both our face-to-face and online training
portfolio, as well as a risk assessment tool. Head over to the new website for
