STRESS MANAGEMENT MINI SERIES RETURNS TO HEINZ CHAPEL

PITTSBURGH CAMPUS FACULTY AND STAFF; VISIT HEINZ CHAPEL FOR A MID-DAY BREAK TO
REDUCE WORKDAY STRESS! 


YOUR WELLNESS MATTERS! 

Did you know that Heinz Chapel hosts free guided meditation sessions every
Monday? To give you even more support in your journey to prioritize
stress-reduction, the Heinz Chapel team has partnered with the Office of Human
Resources to bring in professional facilitators once a month on select
Wednesdays for our Stress Management Mini Series through Wellness for Life.  

There’s no registration required and it’s absolutely free! Each session will
take place at Heinz Chapel from 12:15 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. to give you a chance to
step away from your desk and step into stress reduction. Each month, the
instructor will cover one of a variety of topics that will help you learn
valuable skills that you can use in your everyday life as they walk you through
related exercises.

The Mini Series will take place on the following dates:

 * May 22 - Mindfulness
 * June 18 - Meditation*
 * July 16 - Mindfulness
 * August 21- Mindfulness
 * September 18 - Mindfulness
 * October 23 - Mindfulness
 * November 20 - Progressive Muscle Relaxation
 * December 18 - Mindfulness

*Our June session will be held on Tuesday, June 18 as the University will be
closed in observance of Juneteenth that Wednesday.
