How it works * STEP 1 You will be given the option to register for Voice Biometrics Authentication when you call our CitiPhone Banking and speak with a CitiPhone officer. * STEP 2 Upon your agreement, a recording will be made of your voice while you speak with our CitiPhone officer. * STEP 3 The authentication system will analyze your recording and determine features unique to you, and create your voiceprint. * STEP 4 Your voiceprint will be securely stored in the system. * STEP 5 Thereafter, whenever you call our CitiPhone Banking, the Voice Biometrics Authentication system will use the voiceprint to match your identity* at the start of any call, so you can directly proceed to our banking services. * Our CitiPhone officer may also ask you additional security questions to verify your identity.
