Here are a few examples … ARCHITECTURE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The median annual salary in 2016 for a beginning architect is $76,930. An average of 90% of Chabot architectural students transfer to four year universities, many of them among the most prestigious of programs. AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 2016 median annual salary for entry level automotive technicians and mechanics is $51,194. Women and men, alike, can earn specializations in any one of Chabot’s many programs, like BMW, chassis, drive train, or hybrid technologies. DENTAL HYGIENE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For a beginning dental hygienist, the 2016 median annual salary is $76,380. In 2018, Chabot had a 100% pass rate on the National Dental Hygiene Board Exam. MUSIC INDUSTRY AND TECHNOLOGY -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An entry level sound engineer can expect to earn a median salary of $56,110. Chabot offers hands-on classes in the state-of-the-art studio and lab with instruction in audio recording, music production, sound design, audio for visual media, and live concert sound reinforcement.
