ABOUT US

Welcome to No Limits Performing Arts Studio,
No Limits Performing Arts Studio offers a vary of dance and performing arts
classes for all ages. We are located at The Play Place in Elmsford NY, with over
3,500 square feet of studio space featuring a big beautiful lounge, closed
circuit TV viewing and high-grade Marley & Wood Floor studios. No Limits is one
of the top dance facilities in the area. It's the only place where siblings
won't be bored as they can play at Westchester's best indoor place to play while
they wait. They can also take a soccer or tennis class or just hang out with mom
or dad in the lounge.
At No Limits Performing Arts Studio, your child will not only learn to dance in
a fun and comfortable environment, they will also get exposure to all of the
performing arts through our brand new Theatre Program Broadway Bows and brand
new theatre classes on our schedule. No Limits reflects our belief that dance
and performing arts are limitless in what they offer. Dance provides many
benefits such as strength, agility, poise and confidence. Our dance and theatre
classes will not only allow your child to obtain skills to become an artist but
will also provide them with benefits such as learning to work in a group setting
by encouraging them to develop connections and relationships with their peers.
At No Limits Performing Arts, we take pride in implementing quality dance and
arts education for the early Pre-School Beginner Performer the older Advanced
Performer and everything in between. We have expanded our school beyond by
providing additional programs and classes for students to become all around
performing artists.
Students look forward to performing in the Annual Recital Showcase, and Dancers
who yearn for the stage beyond their recital can audition for our Dance Team.
Students who show passion for more than dancing, can participate in our Broadway
Bows Theatre Program and experience singing, dancing & acting all in once scene.
Once a child is walking and able to follow simple instructions, they are ready
to enter the fun and engaging world of dance and performing arts. You’re never
too young or too old to start dancing and performing. Just pick a class and go
for it!

MISSION

Our mission is to create a space for our students to express themselves through
the art of creative movement. We strive to give our students the necessary
skills needed to progress as dancers and all around performing artists. Dancers
are trained in various styles and techniques and challenged to work hard. As
important as these skills are to obtain, it is even more imperative for us as
educators to give students freedom of expression and encourage them to develop
connections with each other, themselves and the world around them. We want our
future artists to have fun in a safe and comfortable environment while learning
key techniques which will feed their passion and drive for performance and
dance.

Westchester, NY. Lexi graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ithaca College with a
Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies and a minor in Dance.

Ballet & Creative Movement Instructor
Emily Fournier was born to dance. She began her dance training at age 2 in the
Bronx and continued through high school where she received an International
Baccalaureate diploma in Dance from Harrison High School where she was a member
of the Dance Team.

Ballet/Pointe Instructor
Mikaela Papasodero is from Middleboro, MA. She received her training from The
Gold School under direction of Rennie Gold. While at the The Gold School she was
a member of Project Moves Dance Company and the opportunity to work with artists
such as Tyce Diorio, Teddy Forance and many more. She was also a member of
Boston Community Dance Project under the direction of Sarah K(Skooj), and has
performed throughout the Boston area while on the company.

Acrobatics Instructor
Melissa is a dancer and gymnast from Westchester, NY. She has over 10 years of
experience with both dance and gymnastics, as she began taking classes when she
was 6 years old. Over the years, she has taken all different styles of classes,
such as hip-hop, jazz, tap, and lyrical. Melissa was a member of a competitive
gymnastics team for several years.

Jasmine Canziani is an actor, dancer, singer, director and choreographer from
Westchester, NY. She recognized her love for dance at 3 years old, joined a

a Wagner College ’17 Cum Laude graduate with a BA in Theatre Performance and a
minor in Dance.

Connect will give dancers the ability to explore multiple styles of dance, build
technique and performance skills, and be a part of a fun & exciting program with
friends. Connect will perform in our Holiday Benefit Concert, our End of Year

February “We Love to Dance” showcase.
Our goal is to prepare the dancers in this program to train towards each level
of our advanced program:

PRE- COMPETITIVE TEAM: HARMONY
Harmony will give dancers the ability to explore multiple styles of dance,
strengthen technique and performance skills. Dancers in Harmony will get the
opportunity to work closely with our Competition Dance Team, build relationships
and learn the styles and techniques of competition dancers. Harmony will perform
in our Holiday Benefit Concert, our End of Year Recital several in studio
showcases throughout the year.
In addition to the performances throughout the year, Harmony will get the
opportunity to compete in one Dance Competition with our Dance Team. Our goal is
to prepare the dancers in this advanced program to train towards dancing on our
Competition Dance Team (Balance).

COMPETITIVE TEAM: BALANCE
Our Dance Team is made up of dedicated and advanced level dancers who are
passionate about performing and studying various dance styles, with a strong
focus on technique. Our mission is to provide our young dancers with
opportunities to grow, perform, compete and express themselves through movement.
No Limits Performing Arts Studio cultivates young artists' growth, creativity,
team commitment and responsibility in a nurturing and positive environment.
Dance Team dancers are educated and given the skills to succeed in the dance
world and life in general.
Dancers compete in several competitions per season with large groups, small
groups, solos, duos and trios. The takeaway includes, good sportsmanship, sense
of accomplishment, learning confidence and performance skills, receiving
feedback from professionals in the industry and irreplaceable memories with your
studio family!
Additional opportunities for our Dance Team include, DanceFest of Stamford,
Educational Outreach opportunities, Dance Benefits and in studio student
showcases.

STUDIO POLICIES
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MAKE UP CLASSES:
Missed classes may only be made up by prior appointment in order to maintain the
proper student-teacher ratio. If you know you are going to be absent from class,
contact us in advance to arrange for a make up class within four weeks. NO
REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR MISSED CLASSES. All make-up classes must be completed by
April 1st. Please refer to No Limits Performing Arts calendar for vacation
closings. Classes missed due to inclement weather may be made up in a class
currently on the schedule. After any three of the same class is missed due to
inclement weather, any further cancellations will have a make up class scheduled
with the instructor. Cancellations by our staff will have a separate makeup
class scheduled.
CLASS TARDINESS:
Due to the physical nature of dancing, should a child arrive more than 10
minutes late to class, they will only be allowed to observe for that day. This
is not to "punish" the child, but to prevent physical injuries that can occur
when the student is not properly warmed up.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
* Tuition is broken down to 10 payments, due the first of every month from
September-June. Payment will be processed with the credit card we have on
file.
* It is required to have a Credit Card on File for all payment plans
* New students or additional classes will be prorated.
* Tickets to the annual recital will be available for purchase. Tickets will
cost approximately $25 each to help cover costs of rental of theatre,
technical, administrative and licensing.

No Limits Performing Arts Studio will be taking Summer 2022 to the next level
with our BRAND NEW 10+ Camps. With the guidance and skill of our talented
instructors, NLPAS' 10+ camps intend to allow your child to explore various
performance forms through our different themed weeks. These camps are structured
as an educational yet fun way for your child to gain hands-on dance, acting
and/or musical theatre experience.

TWEEN ACTING CAMP~JULY 11TH-JULY 15TH
Tween Acting Camp will provide students with all of the key tools and techniques
to grow as young actors. Campers will learn ensemble building, storytelling,
improvisation, script analysis and scene study. Campers will be given a specific
scene from a contemporary play to work through with a scene partner and perform
at the end of week showcase. Students will observe their fellow classmates and
give constructive feedback to aid in each other's growth.

This is the week where campers will use their skills to create their own

Motion Camp is the perfect week for dancers looking to express themselves and

HIP HOP DANCE CAMP~ AUGUST 8TH-AUGUST 12TH
Hip Hop Dance Camp is for all of our Hip Hoppers out there looking to move it
this summer! Hip Hop Dance Camp will dive deep into the various Hip Hop Styles
and background all while we groove it. Explore the varieties of hip hop dance
and learn new combinations each day while also strengthening your body and core.
Campers will perform a dance piece as a group for the end of week showcase.

OFF SITE MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP (AGES 7+)

NLPAS' Brand New Musical Theatre Camp! Our off site Theatre Camp intends to
allow children to foster their love for singing dancing and acting. Campers will
spend two weeks with NLPAS' talented instructors to put on a full musical
production. Campers will gain knowledge and skill in singing, dancing and acting
and have fun all while doing so.
This summer, campers will put on the Musical Production of Junie B. Jones Jr.
Rehearsals will take place in NLPAS Studio 1. With the exception of two full day
off site rehearsals and a performance at the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center.
There will be a Full Performance of the Musical on Thursday, August 25th.

Dance, Act, Sing AND, Take your Bow!!!!!
Broadway Bows is our theatre program where students will expand their knowledge,
skill and love for the performing arts. This program engages students in acting,
singing and dancing all in one scene! Students will learn core acting technique
through acting warm ups, scene study and activities. They will indulge
themselves in musical theatre dance by learning awesome choreography and improve
their vocal skills with the best songs of Broadway. Your child will learn so
much all while having fun... this program is a perfect way for your child to
become the ultimate Triple Threat!
This incredible program runs for 3 hours and includes drama, dance and singing
sessions. Our program runs Sundays from 12-3pm. Whether your child is a Broadway
wannabe or a shy wallflower looking to make friends and gain confidence, this is
the place for them. We believe this not only gives our students skills and
confidence in performance but also respect and appreciation for each other AND
the responsibility of working for the team not just themselves.
Program Schedule 2021-2022 Season
Sunday 12:00-3:00pm
* We have 3 age groups, 6-9, 10-14, and 15-17
* Groups gets 1 hour dedicated to each discipline: Dancing, Acting & Singing
* We create amazing opportunities for our students to perform on stage in local
venues.
* There will be two performances a year, a Holiday Show & an End of year
Musical Performance.
* The first half of the program will be catered to learning advanced singing,
dancing and acting techniques and preparation for the Holiday Performance.
* The second half of the program will be catered to Musical Rehearsals.
Pricing Information:
$1,500 Annually
$150/ Month from September-June
Tuition will be drawn the 1st of every month.

Our Approach
We champion an exhilarating approach to theatre school education in the
theatrical arts for young people aged 6-17. We teach our children how to Dance,
Act and Sing in performing arts classes. Our Stage school brings out the best in
students, builds confidence, and gives aspiring young actors opportunities of a
lifetime via our small local shows each year.

fun and games! We provide our facility's studios and lobby, as well as our
phenomenal instructors to facilitate the entire party from dancing, to pizza, to
cake and more! We customize our parties specifically to the birthday boys' and
girls' interests and themes, so that the very best memories can be made! We will
be there every step of the way from set up to clean up; so that your family can

OUR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

YOUR DANCER’S SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY!
Below please find some precautions that we are taking while in the studio:
* Masks are optional for all staff, students and families entering our studio.
* Students are to wash their hands with hand sanitizer both before class and
after class.
* “Six-Feet-Safe” in the classrooms: The floor is marked to show dancers where
to stand. Many of our little ones are familiar with having designated spots
in the studio.
* Our studios will be wiped down, cleaned and disinfected multiple times
throughout the day.
* We have special disinfectant supplies, equipment and materials that we have
been using to assure cleanliness and safety.
* Our lobby area will be thoroughly disinfected throughout the day.
* We ask that dancers come dressed for class with the exception of shoe
changing.
* Social-Distancing upon entering & exiting the building.
* Barres will be sprayed with disinfectant in between classes, if used at all.
* Props will be used in class but cleaned and disinfected after use.
* Our restrooms will be disinfected at the beginning and end of the day.
* It is encouraged to bring your own water bottles.
* Class times may be modified for transition times and to limit the number of
people in the building.
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP:
• We will now be allowing families in the studio with dancers to wait safely and
distanced in our lobby area, but masks must be worn while in our lobby area. If
you do not wish to enter our studio with your dancer, you may drop them off at
our front entrance.
ALTERNATIVE FOR FAMILIES NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THESE PRECAUTIONS:
• If you are not comfortable with bringing your child to class, we will be
offering your child the option to remain at home taking classes via Zoom as our
teacher teaches class in the studio to the students who return.
WHO SHOULD NOT COME TO CLASS:
• Any dancer feeling ill should stay home. (Fever, coughing, sneezing, runny
nose, etc.)
• Any dancer living with a family member who is ill should stay home.
• If someone in your household works in healthcare, they must NOT have been
caring for COVID-19 patients for a period of two weeks before you are allowed to
attend class.
• Anyone who feels they cannot comply with all procedures should also stay home.
We are so very excited to return to classes at No Limits Performing Arts but we
must insist that everyone take a very serious and cautious approach. We ALL want
to stay safe & well! We are so thankful that you entrust your precious children
to us; we love them as our own!
