The band is extremely versatile though, and you can use it for soooo many movements! It's basically a gym in a bag, if you have the imagination... It’s an ok product, I am not sure on the accuracy of the resistance stated on the website, I bought the pro version and even on the highest resistance level it’s really not challenging (and Im a skinny slim built guy). I have been somewhat tempted to send it back but cant be bothered with the hassle. I would be willing to pay £15-20 for this at most had I tried it before purchasing it.
