 * I NEED TO DEMOLISH AND REBUILD MY HOUSE. DO YOU PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES?
   
   Yes, we also help you demolish the old structure and develop the New
   House/Building as per your requirement. Especially people in Delhi/NCR avail
   such services. Even the demotion is done under supervision of Highly
   experienced Civil Engineer Team.

 * DO YOU CHARGE ANYTHING ADDITIONAL FOR DEMOLITION?
   
   No. nothing is charges from the client.

 * ARE THERE ANY FURTHER COST ESCALATIONS ONCE PROJECT HAS BEEN SIGNED?
   
   No. Once the cost is finalised, the project is delivered at the agreed
   pricing with the agreed specifications. Same is also mentioned in our written
   agreement.

 * WHAT IF THE PROJECT DELIVERY GETS LATE?
   
   NGLC works to deliver the project within the promised timelines. However, in
   case pays penalty for the delayed period.

 * ARE THERE ANY WARRANTIES ON DELIVERED PROJECT?
   
   Yes, NGLC provides 25 Years on Structure, 5 Years on Seepage and 3 Years on
   Wooden work on any manufacturing/making defects.

 * DO I NEED TO CHOOSE FROM YOUR FLOOR PLANS OR CAN I CREATE MY OWN FLOOR PLANS?
   
   NGLC’s Architectural team provides reference drawings that can be chosen by
   the client. However, the Floor Plans can be customised as per clients choice
   and requirements.

 * CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE FLOOR PLAN?
   
   Yes, the changes to floor plan can be done until the actual floor plan is
   implemented at site.

 * CAN I ALSO SUPPLY SOME MATERIAL FROM MY END?
   
   Yes,  there is a flexibility of providing some materials. However, discretion
   of material supply depends on the Managements approval.

 * CAN I ENHANCE MY SPECIFICATIONS AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT?
   
   Yes, you can enhance the specifications, only the difference of the costings
   shall be charged to the agreed pricing.

 * I HAVE A PLOT IN DELHI/GURGAON/NOIDA/NCR, HOWEVER IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR
   ME TO FREQUENTLY VISIT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE. HOW DO I GET TO KNOW THE
   WORK-PROGRESS?
   
   The work-progress is shared with the client on Bi-weekly basis by NGLC
   assigned Relationship Manager. This is done through Site development pictures
   on Whatsapp/Mails/Video Calls & Live Video Feed (on chargeable basis)

 * HOW DO I PLAN MY FINANCES?
   
   The construction agreement comprises of Milestone based Payment Plan. The
   payments are raised basis the Construction Progress at site and mutually
   agree Milestone Payment Plan.
